Nice art style. Although honestly I couldn't work out what I was meant to do other than just scroll.

aterlamia 2020-10-05 15:16

I like the art style, and i think a lot of people are stuck in a loop like that. I do wonder if there is more to it than just scrolling and reading. But interesting take on the theme

kittymac 2020-10-05 15:20

I like the style. Some interesting things in the posts, defintely felt like i was stuck in a nightmarish loop!

I think we all know a Maxwellior, and that guy sucks! Loved Fun-Facts01 though. Nice satire of modern social media.

Oh yes, an infinite loops of social media.. We can all relate to this :) Nice take on concept, i love the humor in this one!

this game makes me want to delete my social media

layne-stokes 2020-10-07 13:07

Really interesting take on the concept, it did make me feel like I was going down some of my own social media sites. There are some great jokes here, Fun-Facts01 made me laugh a bit

Such an amazing concept! really did feel like I was in the endless loop of social media. Great job!

hamus 2020-10-07 22:43

Nice art style! Liked how fluid it felt to just scroll and scroll.

Hi fellow twitter-clone! Love the gameboy look, such a cool spin on the idea! I wished there was more direction given to the player, and maybe more gamification of the concept, but overall this is a strong LOOP! Well done! :heartbeat: I'm curious as I had to tackle a similar issue: how did you manage your content and how they show on the timeline? Also... HOW MANY POSTS DID YOU WRITE?!

jeremyoduber 2020-10-08 11:18

@namidasai Thanks! I wrote a measly 108 posts extremely last minute (we're talking double digit minutes before submission) and they are all hardcoded in there, just distributed somewhat evenly. Of course there are different paths that you can take, and you're right that it could have used just a teensy bit more direction, but I like presenting the mystery!

le-don 2020-10-13 15:11

I like the idea, but I agree with the previous comment, that there needs some kind of direction. Maybe being able to write (or select) an answer to some posts and the other guys responded, setting up another loop of never ending responses (we all have been there).
