Fun and challenging game with a cool risk reward mechanic

pronomicalartist 2020-04-20 14:33

Simple but challenging shooter with really nice minimal graphics. I enjoyed it!

gallahron 2020-04-20 14:36

Really fun! I like the parallax effect and the use of colours especially. I got to 3113m

alininavcisi 2020-04-20 14:42

liked color selections

Man this thing is hard haha, but really fun congratulations =D

A nice minimalist game in both art and sound, making it very pleasing to the eye. The gameplay gets tough quite fast and do not think I am good enough to reach the end, but I still had fun. Nice job!

Liked the way you did the background animations to make it fell like were going up. Really missed some music though. The fact that I can control the speed at will made me a bit annoyed, It became a game of how much patience do I have to go slow but go higher.

4537m, so close! You know, I still think about Geometry Merge every now and then. I was glad to see you back for this one!

Thank you everyone for your feedback! Oh and @caeonosphere, don't think I have forgotten your hilarious book title game :)

Excellent submission! I really enjoyed it.

Interesting runner. Nice idea with life-shots tradeoff. Good UI and look. I guess with some cool music and effects you can make some fun mobile game.

silkworm-sweatshop 2020-04-25 18:22

Simple but fun! It seemed impossible at first before I realized I shouldn't be spamming shots. Having the timer be the health and ammo as well is pretty neat. Made it to around 1500m and I'd probably keep playing longer if it had a pumping soundtrack.

@wans24 @silkworm-sweatshop Yes indeed, a soundtrack is in the works actually! @ursagames Thank you for feedback! Great stream there, as always :)

I really liked your game, I just wish I was better at it. Judging from the comments some people made it over 4000. That's insane. I like that you can freely control your speed and have to be extra careful with your life. The aesthetic of the game really spoke to me. It reminded me of a more refined version of those endless mobile games with similiar mechanics. Sometimes I thought that going sideways is a bit tricky, I had my most collisions when trying to fit between two squares which often almost seemed impossible. That paired with the fact that sometimes you would fly into a dead end without seeing it made it more difficult than it had to be at times. I'm glad to hear a soundtrack is in the works!

@nonsans Thanks, very appreciated feedback! :)
