hello :) do you have a web version to propose? thanks
i really like the game idear , but the dieing sound was enojing
gameplay is nice, but repetitive :fire:
fun gameplay but the enemies kinda fell in waves and because of that there were times when nothing was happening on screen. Also the sprites could be bigger :)
Haha, I made something similar. I guess we all got on fire )))
The art is really nice here! You succeeded in creating a really nice and pleasing atmosphere. Challenging enough and quirks aside this is a really good job for your first game. Welcome to Ludum Dare!!
As the comment above, I had a similar idea haha. Pyromaniacs think alike :) The fire sprite is really nice, and the background in the main menu is really cool! try next time to create a menu in the game scene, like a pause menu or something. Great job for a first game!
It's a fun game.Especially like the main menu art.But after like 2 minutes even if you perfectly gather al the burnables to the fire it is not enough to keep fire there maybe as the time goes it should be harder but possible to play.Because in this state it is not hard but you cant go on even tho you play perfectly and the death sound is a bit annoyiing
Good job on your first game, well done. I like the idea, and how it relates to the theme. The controls are intuitive, the art is good, and it is easy to understand what you need to do.
This is an interesting concept, but right now the game is way too simple and easy, and on the other hand it's impossible to keep fire burning while the fire seems keep burning faster and faster while time lasts and finally there are no more resources available. Actually, i rather would like to feed the fire and see it expanding into a real bonfire. I was also excepting incoming hostile wild animals or another coming at me and jump over them or even annihilate the arena, but then small falling rocks keep felling and - well... - made the main hostile feature onto the game. In any case, the game art works well, but the actual objective and surviving were not challenging in this game
@dianacalistru & @tazk the item spawn rate is randomised, so it is purely just luck and a little strategic to progress. Also i only found out that before uploading the sound was looping over and over, so i left it .
Nice little game. I survived for 2 and half minutes. Problem was that I didn't have anything to put into the fire. I could imagine this becoming interesting game with more survival features but good entry to the jam!
Congratulations on your first game. Keep it up!!
what a good game as a first one its fun a lot ,I liked the theme and the idea keep it up !! and good luck
Nice concept ! I liked the cutness of your character, and the music. However, it missed some feedback sounds in order to add more juicy feeling to your game, and it was too easy to keep the flame alive. But, overall good job !
Nice little game!
Nice! Thank you
Really fun little game. Could have used different/progressively more difficult falling hazards but it's highly enjoyable even without them. Made it 3 minutes before the fire went out. Is that good? Thanks for a neat little experience!

This was a fun game with tight controls, so the base mechanics were enjoyable. For a more polished experience, I was missing some sounds and animations. I didn't expect the animation when being hit by a rock to be this gruesome, you really surprised me there ! I feel like the difficulty was a bit unbalanced because on the one hand it was very easy to deliver every stick and leeaf to the fire, but on the other hand you failed the game because at about 3 minutes in, leaves and sticks just don't spawn fast enough to keep the fire burning. Congratulations on your first game!
Nice concept. Really easy to keep up with. The only reason i lost was lack of material at the end. I never felt any reason to rush around. You should have a life span on the material on the ground. This way it will force me to cross to the other side and collect it. I spent most of the games on one side and only went to the other side when the fire was low. Good game.
liked the audio, but why no audio to rate?
Well done i enjoyed this game! It was really fun because of simplicity, but I think a bit more difficulty scaling as the game goes on would make it even better. Nice Job!
Loved the game...Pretty much entertaining... :metal:
I wanted to say it's too easy, but then I'm hit by the stone
