Really liked the warm up game, very engaging and fun to play, looking forward to the space zoo
So your main entre is Space Zoo and not Gem Grabber ? That's not really clear to me. Gem grabber is fun and works well. Space zoo is impressive. It's quite fun, you just don't really know what to do. You grab animals, and travel space, and that's fine to me. It also looks quite nice.
the games are both fun and really good job to do all that in a weekend !
@minusc correct -- my main entry is the worse of the two, and fits the theme worse overall. 😅 -- I was really excited for Space Zoo though, if I had been this far along 1 day earlier, I think I might have been able to make it happen. Derp. -- Thanks for the kind words though. 🙂
I liked Space Zoo, although the controls were a little weird. But, I think they added to the experience, made it feel like I was floating around in space.
i like it,
like space zoo. The controls felt wobbly but fun at the same time. Like how you start "orbiting" a palnet when you are near it. Feels nice and intuitive, but overall lacks any goal and that makes everything kinda meaningless.
I enjoyed flying around the different planets, visually the game is really cool. It was also fun to discover what types of creatures lived on each different planet. In the end I started pulling humans into space and letting them float around in space
It for sure is a very neat prototype, you should develop it further and @me when you have released another version
Great job, specially for it being your first LD entry!
The controls of flying around feels very good. And I love the feeling of "sticking" to planets' gravity. Pity it's unfinished. Good luck with the idea! It has some potential.
