I liked the concept, and the core mechanics seemed to work nicely! The game did feel a bit too slow and long, though. Maybe you could condense the experience a bit? Also if you want to take things further, some sounds or music would improve the overall feel.

I thought this game was pretty good! I really liked the mechanics and the aesthetic, it fit well! The sprites were all well drawn and the gameplay, while slow, was fun!

Great mechanics / gameplay. Prety graphics, with a good fit for the theme

I am kinda lost on what I am supposed to do, but hey, its your first game! :D Congrats, hope you keep working on it.

Congratulations on your first jam game! I enjoyed it, the art is well made. Good job :)

Nice game but can be improved

Very difficult. I don't like when the tutorial is laid out before the game and all the mechanics fall out on the player at once

Good art, thank you for your work!

I wasn't able to figure out anything with this quarantined brain of mine, but I was surprised with the amount of content you've made for this! :D

Thanks everyone for the feedback and ratings! This was my first game from start to finish... I've dabbled a little bit this past year, but not actually completed anything. The scope for 3 days was probably too large, and what made it in the game was actually toned down significantly from what I originally wanted!

I'm hoping to take the ideas behind the game and make something out of it. Either way, I'm happy to have done enough co complete it. Wish I'd had time to add in tooltips or a better tutorial. :)

@zollmaniac Now you are free to implement the original plan :) It will be cool, I think!

I love it, it reminds me of Anno 2070 which is a favorite game of mine. The speed was a bit slow for me, too, but I have it running in the background and then I click things occasionally. I was hoping I could win, but it seems like there is not enough space on the two planets. I need a lot more planets for all these people. More to do would make it seem less slow, being able to destroy buildings would help, and maybe greying out buildings when they can't be built on the tile selected? If you are gonna work on this further I'll be interested to see the results.
