you should try to lower the download size, maybe audio compression? - 90 megabytes is going to turn a lot of people away

This looks all right but melee combat is inefficient and also I'm not quite sure what I'm doing.

@griddolini Thank you for the tip. I'll check what I can do with it.

@adrien-dittrick Thanks for feedback. I think it's because of SFX/Animation/Shoot desynchronization along with aiminging problems (the main character is able to deal damage only in range with his revolver).

I have uploaded hotfix which covers performance issues, plus some gameplay problems (incl. aiming, which now a bit reliable) https://bbaf.itch.io/black-market/devlog/79135/performance-hot-fixes

Playing with the keyboard feels like tank, old style :) I really liked the mood!

No idea what's going on. :D Screenshot made me remember the PSX game "LSD: Dream Emulator" but it wasn't like that.

rancoud 2019-05-01 22:16 ♥ 1

It's very special

@pixscope, @rancoud, @fonserbc Thank you for the feedbacks! @lakrits haha, it's funny coincidence, because half a year ago I was working on the similar game for Emulated Dreams Jam (20th anniversary tribute to LSD:Dream Emulator) https://itch.io/jam/emulated-dreams/rate/320342

Liked the look, gameplay was horrible. :D

magnanix 2019-05-04 09:02 ♥ 1

Loved the old VHS overlay, and the clunky controls reminiscent of that era. Good job :).

popdaddygames 2019-05-06 21:43 ♥ 1

Everything about this is nostalgic as heck (and awesome for it), from visuals to sound to controls! Great work!!

@samuli @magnanix @popdaddygames Thanks ! 😄
