Very interesting concept, although I didn't really know if you are just supposed to copy the thing on the right or create some unique combination. Also the tutorial was pretty long, but I definitely see some light with this idea if executed correctly. Nice game!
Really amazing idea  I would definitely play a full version of this if you plan on releasing. Only problem right now is that there is no cheat-sheet in-game for checking the molecule breaking rules (or it's there but I didn't find it)

This is such an interesting game! I love the concept, honestly. I really think this could be something awesome. You could show the chemistry laws while the game is running to help the player out a bit more. Other than that, this is number one on my list so far!
This was fun, good job! Sadly it crashes when I try to play on "Impossible" making the difficulty truly impossible. But the rest was good, congratulations.

I like the concept and the music is perfect for this kind of game. overall good submission!
Having a cheat-sheet like @xankill3r mentioned would be super helpful, I had to screen grab part of the tutorial.
I also wasn't sure how my molecule was interacting with the other one. I had a feeling that they they're supposed to overlap each other, and the chains where supposed to kill the molecule based on the colors at either end? But I can't say for certain. It would help my pea brain if I had a picture of them interacting so I can get a better idea of what it wants.
some minor points: - If you click on a color without dragging it onto the stage it will stay on top of the color picker. attempting to drag it off would make another molecule, and one was constantly stuck on the picker. - While the game is good, I'm not sure if it goes along with the theme
I'm a bit confused... All I had to do was replicate the objective shown on the right, and I won.
From the instructions, it seemed that there would be a lot of trial and error and logic trying to create a counter molecule to destroy a dangerous molecule, but then the answer is just given on the right.
Edit: Okay, this worked on the easy and normal levels, but not on the hard. I actually had to play the game instead of just copying the thing on the right, which didn't help at all.. I am still confused as to why it is even there...
But yeah, despite the confusion, I thought this game was interesting and fun, although my mother watched for a while and then said, "That looks incredibly boring!"

Wow, I really didn't think that people would actually like the game, because I felt during the whole development, that it makes sense to us, but won't make sense to others. Anyway, I got really bumped by all of your feedback, and yes, ALL things that you mentioned as "should've" are actually on the backlog, but we didn't have time for them :( Anyway, I will probably try to fix a few things, improve the user experience a bit, and upload a "Post-deadline Jar", if anyone's interested in it.
Thanks again everybody :)
