Very cool game, I love the concept of the game but the control is very sensible :)

Creative idea, gameplay is pretty good and graphics are good enough, audio is not annoying which makes it pretty great. I like how you can use different routes in some parts and how you can make the game easier by stacking corpses but you won't get too far that way because there is a limit. Unfortunately I'm not good at this game so I didn't get any good time.

This is a very clever way to fit the theme. Great job!

Finished in 3:09 :) Well executed. I do wish I could control the jump height depending on how long I held down the jump button (a la Mario Bros).

Good job on a simple and challenging game. Almost finished it, but couldn't quite get past the last part, and didn't want to do the whole thing again. Perhaps the collisions were a little too precise however, and I found that as soon as I died the character would start moving straight away, sometimes causing me to die straight away again. Other than that, good game

ldscreen.png The controls are sometimes unresponsive, but really worked well until the end (based on the screenshot). It seems that you have to get used with the map in order to beat your best score.

The use of the theme is really effective, because there are some parts that you really need to sacrifice yourself in order to get through. Gameplay wise, super creative. Using a dead body on a moving saw was clever (which turned to be a moving platform). I really like it, thanks for this game! It took me a while to finish it lol.

This was fun! I have one nitpick, though: if you're planning on doing a post-compo version, I'd recommend changing the graphic you use to represent checkpoints. On my first playthrough, I thought they were sharp pins, and jumped over every single one of them assuming they would kill me. I only figured out that they were checkpoints while closely examining the gifs on this page, right before I was about to write my feedback. Of course, I immediately went back and played it the *proper* way for a much less frustrating experience (since I didn't have to go all the way back to the start every time I died!). My mistake also allowed me to discover a game-breaking bug: If you don't hit any checkpoints, it is impossible to progress past the spike wall circled in the image below. When you hit this wall and go back to the beginning, you respawn stuck halfway into the ground, unable to run or jump. The only way out is to reset the bodies... but that still doesn't help you progress past the spike wall (unless you actually hit the checkpoints this time).

There were a few other times during my no-checkpoint run when I respawned completely underneath the ground, but my character just fell below the screen and respawned in his proper place without losing a life, so no harm done there (I give you bonus points for gracefully handling an error that isn't supposed to happen during normal gameplay!). Once I actually played with checkpoints, I was able to progress much farther. I still didn't finish, but not because of a bug. 😛 I had enough fun that I may come back to it and try again sometime. Good work!

Nice solid game with responsive controls, simple graphics and good difficulty. Made it in 4:33.

Really good use of the theme. I like how parts of the game can be completed without sacrificing yourself, so its not just strictly puzzle-based. Finished at 3:59 and was happy that there weren't any frustratingly hard platforming parts.

Finished in 4:22, really fun game! The controls are a bit sensible but still work surprisingly well. The concept is well executed and a healthy amount of the game is doable without sacrifices, which is nice. Visuals and audio are quite good too. Overall, a really enjoyable package all around, good job!

Really cool game. It reminds me of "Life goes on" that i really loved. Congrats !
