Take a look at this: http://grapefrukt.com/f/games/juicy-breakout/

I think you will see what my point, even a simple game with few mecanics can be something realy good in the end.

On the good side the character's animation is well done and fun. I hope you'll continue to make game!

Hey cool first game, quite a large task for a Ludum Dare!

I noticed the controls were using AZERTY keyboard layout, a majority of keyboards use the QWERTY layout so next time you make a game maybe something to keep in mind.

Adding some smoothing to the camera would be nice as well.

Overall good job!

I had a tough time due to the keybindings, as @indielucky said, but overall, I like the aesthetic, and the direction that the game was going in. It's really well done for a first time game. I couldn't get past the pendulum though, due to the controls. I really hope you make a build with a QWERTY setup. Typically W is forward, S is back, and A and D are left and right respectively.

I love the graphics and animations, and the game idea is simple and it fine for a game jam. The jumping mechanic is really bad, but this a issue for a lot of platform games. Overall is this a very fine LD game. Well done.

pretty good for the first game, but button layout are very weird i'm also made a game with my pal https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/unojo-temple

The mouse sensitivity was damn too high, the jumping mechanic not very well done - the jump should allow you to hit the button in the very last moment, maybe even a bit after that (meaning when you already a bit off the platform), also you should always keep in mind how high and long your jump is when designing levels, otherwise the game would feel frustrating instead of fun. And dude, the pendulum, that's not how swinging works, go out to see some kids in the park ;) There's really lot of stuff you have to get into when making games, even when it comes to basics, but you never learn if you never try, so I think it's great you joined and I'll be definitely looking forward for your next jam (or any other) game, where you use all the stuff you've learned from this jam and from feedback :)

The keybindings are definitely an issue, just like the jumping. The graphics look great, and consistent. Cool for a first game!

Great job for a first game, I encourage you to continue it, improve it, and make more games, with diferent styles and mechanics and curiosities, and keep learning and growing : D

It would probably be good to upload the game as a .zip file, as .rar requires external software to open.

I like the level design and it's good first game. Like some others, i also had some problems with the keyboard layout. I'd suggest using Unity's input axes (horizontal and vertical for movement e.g), so they can be changed in the configuration window before the game starts.
