Unfortunately your own assessment of "but without the fun of either" is pretty accurate. There is not much to do other than driving around, and there is not really an incentive to get more seeds or drive fast. Also the driving is quite frustrating with the cutting thingy swinging around (but I guess this is intentional).
Btw. many players like to play the game in the browser such that they don't have to download anything. It is possible to export Löve games to JavaScript with [Love.js](https://github.com/TannerRogalsky/love.js/). You can then host the game directly on itch.io.
Before I even played this I thought the description was fantastic!! Totally not disappointed. It would have been nice to have some AI to race against. Try our first entry https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/infinite-typer

> but without the fun of either!
To bad that I had fun.
The music was great, visuals appealing. Gamplay lacks content. You could have implemented drifting or something.

I liked it. Having a time limit and maybe some sort of pickup that gave you bonus points, or extra time, could shake up the gameplay a bit. The title screen was a solid 10/10.

This game was really silly. The mechanics were clear and simple. I'm impressed (and worried) that you make this in lisp. Good job! :)

3,196 on my first try whooo that seems like a lot of seeds https://i.imgur.com/KtEsjE2.png
I enjoyed this! I really liked the way the tractor was controlled. I do think it could have kept my attention for longer if it had an AI opponent, or checkpoints, or _something_ to break up the seeds and stumps in between; the gameplay is pretty bare-bones as it is. (Which, granted, is to be expected when you make something in 48 hours. But still!)
Pretty boring concept really needed more fun stuff in it But it was well-made I did like playing it for the first 30 seconds

@smbe19 https://github.com/TannerRogalsky/love.js/ has issues with performance and is missing some features, like the pitch shift on the motor

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I agree that adding something like a time limit would have made a big difference.
Its weird, watching the way the tractor moved in the video made it seem like it would be more fun. -*
Recommendations: 1) More max speed. I.e. less turns, and you go faster, sooner. Get me up to 20 if I got straight for 5 seconds. Or faster. 2) Power ups. Faster speed, Expand the blades, Fuel? (instead of time, set fuel)
Something feels missing. Like there are no meaningful decisions. The grain earned doesn't feel valuable. Perhaps the grain collected gets converted to fuel at the next Corn Converter station (Level) allowing you to go farther.
Also, consider instead of just random stump placement, that you actually place a pre-shaped collection of stumps. Having several random to choose from. That would allow you to put more meaningful design into some of the obstacles. It feels like with the right drift angles, that you can make it through tighter spaces here and keep the blades. If there were some tree angles to help train that out, I think the game could be really good.
Good game, would like to see more come of it as it is currently really easy to go on forever with a small blade. Nice visuals and audio as well, great job!

Not very fun or challenging. At about 2000 seeds I was thinking about other unrelated stuff and closed the game.

I love the original use of the physic in the gameplay.

This was a really cool toy, the visuals are very nice, the music is catchy (maybe I'd prefer a banjo), and the controls are frustrating in the good way (like Bennet Foddy stuff). As said, another truck (or maybe a second player) would improve the game greatly (with the mechanic of breaking the blades I think there is lots of griefing to do). Maybe you don't need to add a track or end line, just be the first to collect X amount of seeds.
I love it <3. I laughed so hard as I read the name and the description. Sounds are amazing and the driving is also great. The only thing is that it I was a bit bored after 10 minutes, but that's okay. Thank you.
I think this formula could really improve if there was some sort of target or goal to reach. Perhaps x seeds within y seconds on a sequence of levels. Cool idea though.

This game has some potential! In the current form the only fun thing in the game is playing with the wonky physics.
Good job!

I had fun with this game! If you added something to speed up the game, such as enemies or bad seeds, it would be really interesting. Great job!!
I disagree with most of the comments before me. Yes, this game is pretty fun, but it doesn't really need a goal, or a target. The mechanics work really well for an endless scroller with high scores as the main incentive. It just needs a bit more of a challenge to really shine in that area.
I think this game would be a lot stronger if: - there was no way to stop accelerating - the harvester increased its max speed over time - there was no way to go backwards on the course - the game ended once either side of your harvester was completely destroyed
Incidentally, the harvester can turn around fully and reverse down the course, but the camera doesn't follow it. So it seems like you had something like this in mind, just didn't implement it fully.
Either way, good work. I löve the faux-3D on the tractor. The music's repetitive, but nice enough for a LD entry. The physics are fun to play with.
