Oooooh, a sort of tower defence meets space invaders mash-up. Interesting!
What did you enjoy doing most while making it?
I really liked it!
One of the best games I have played today
Good graphics. Could have some more gameplay..BUT its your first time
Nice game with awesome graphics. What's little annoying for me is the fact I'm losing lives without seeing enemies - they can spawn anywhere I guess so I need to run all over the place and check where they are. It would be nice if they spawn only on screen where player currently is. But all in all great entry!
Audio and graphics are really cute and the idea seems cool. Maybe I'm missing something here but getting past the initial onslaught seems almost impossible. (Got past it once but was missing 2 bucks to build a second tower) Either letting me shoot up or severely limiting the width of the level could have worked well imo.
Nice game. If you will polish some gameplay moments (like width of level, height of jump, cost of tower etc.) it will be great!
Great art and graphics. Really appreciate that the game explains its interface before the user actually starts playing! I felt that the ships were too difficult to destroy with just one tower, or perhaps having a small jump means you can only get time to shoot at a handful yourself before they collide with the planet? Regardless, the premise is solid and simple. Good work!
Really dig the art for this game, it has a simple charm to it. The take on a defence type game is interesting, but I reckon it could be a bit more challenging. maybe some aliens on the ground for you to shoot something like that. But all in all, it's a pretty neat game, hope you had a good time jamming : )
Nice arts, this game can really be interesting with some additionals features.
Really cool graphics
I like the art and overall design, but i would appreciate some minimap or something like that, so you can see all UfOs and where they are landing.
Nice game. I love the graphics and the audio and in general the whole game. I think i ran into a bug on wave 10 i had killed all the enemies visible but it said there was 1 enemy left and i kept shooting up all along the map but i could not kill it to get to the next wave. Also i think it might be a bit better to explain the controls in more detail, it only took me around 40 seconds to get it but when reading the comments some people don't know that you can shoot up. Well done though, i found the game very fun to play.
Looks good, plays well, nicely done. I think it's a good thing enemies don't only spawn within visible bounds, but also outside what you can see. It makes it so you need to run around at the start, making sure nothing gets away from you.
LOVE the graphics! I enjoyed playing it but wasn't a fan of taking damage without seeing the enemy. Having a marker on the edges of my current screen showing where the enemies are would be perfect. For your first game this is really impressive!
I loved the cute and simple art style! and great job for you first game!
Very nice everything, fun entry!
The concept and idea are great, however, the field which you need to protect is just so big that it is really hard and frustrating at the start when you only have one tower. SOmetimes ships exploded on the planet even when I did not see them at all, but that's just my point of view. Other than that, graphics, idea - they are great!
Very fun concept and also a pretty beautiful art style. On wave 5 there was 1 enemy left but he just didn't appeared, so i had to stop playing. I hope you keep working on this game after the jam. Good job!
