I like your game the switch between the bars to jump and the mini games a really cool

nannah 2018-04-23 23:41

Nice graphical climate. I think adding music to rhythmic mini-games would be a good idea.

Really nice graphics :) The camera movement is a bit jarring but otherwise fun game!

Interesting idea, using rhythm game elements to charge up abilities! I'm not sure I understood what the last (purple) ability was. I guess it was a shield? I was also a bit confused about the ladder to the hatchway. I eventually turned around and figured out where to go but that seemed like a red herring!

Great graphics and a fun idea! Som information like abilities could be communicated a little more effectively.

I really enjoyed the game, congratulations. The idea of doing a "genius" minigame was great (I could play it for a long time). I want to congratulate also the good texturing of 3d. The only thing that made difficult was the jump, I feel like I do not have much control, or something like that. Tell me how you think about my game: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/vector-rabbits-slayer

flix 2018-04-24 02:15

Damn, that's good, the only complaint that I would have his the camera movement his a bit too fast when you jump, but beside that the game his solid like a rock, great job!

alegz 2018-04-24 02:48

Could you release a 32bit version? I would love to try your game

frostbyte4k 2018-04-24 04:14

I really enjoyed this game. The texturing is so much better then anything I could do in a weekend and Beating the game was so satisfying. However There was no punishment for the typing parts when you lost and that made those parts feel easy. The hatch part also did confuse me at first but I eventually figured out that I needed to go back. Overall really good job this is my favorite jam game so far. If you get a chance I would love it if you could check out my game heres the link: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/yum-some

Veeeery nice graphics! Took me a while to get used to the controls and what I was doing, but once I got into it, it was quite fun! :D Well done!

escape 2018-04-24 07:03

I escaped! Great job, this was a really awesome entry. The graphics were very nice, and the mechanics were fun and made for just the right amount of challenge. Fun little game here with very nice graphics! :)

sandbloom 2018-04-24 11:24

Really nice way to combine rythm game and platforming. And the lighting/world and especially the character design was really cool for the overall mood of the game. I loved Mr. RythmBarrel guy!

sleepygrin 2018-04-24 14:51

I managed to escape !! I like the graphics overall. Abilites were kinda hard to understand in my opinion, other than that great entry.

snorlaxfromspace 2018-04-24 17:55

Finally a nice underwater game! The rythm aspect is very nicely thought of :)

evil-as-shit 2018-04-24 18:19

Great atmosphere! Nice level design.

antvelm 2018-04-24 18:42

Spikes are hard to see btw

joji 2018-04-25 13:00

lOVEEED IT! CUTE JELLYFISH. THE 3D MODELLING WAS BEAUTIFUL. <3

drell 2018-04-25 18:31

I like how you merged the genres!

What Worked: Art, Rythm mini game to get power ups is clever,

What needs some polish: Spikes are hard to see. Some feedback that I got a new power up would be nice. Orange Light jump feels clunky.

Good job overall :)

eugene-myach 2018-05-02 09:05
