Good job! Here's some feedback: - the controls are very headache-inducing, unfortunately I couldn't play very long - mood is cool - next time please prototype your core controls first and see if they feel good - also, the game is too hard
I didn't find the end of the game. It became too hard to find boxes. But I have to admit the good graphics, mood and audio. I don't know about the controls, yes, they can give you seasickness, but it's just very subjective. I am ok with that.
Idea is fun, but I agree - controls need major reworking. I'd probably fix camera rotation too, since rotating world in top-down projection with lots of colorful blobs causes vertigo. Atmosphere is great and I liked the audio.
Nice one. It feels very polished. Market looks great. There are some thing's I would change: - There should be some difficulty progression here. - Please turn off rotation easing, it makes controls weird.
Yes, we are sorry, but the game is as hard as real life is ... Despite that it is possible to win. Just watch the attached video and be patient ;)
Fun Game! It took me a little time to check that I have to carry the goods to the FedEx truck. Its also a bit hard. It could be a bit more balanced, to have more time for a round. But I played a few rounds and got better and better!
Fun arcade-ish game, the controls are a bit weird, would have loved to just move with wasd and let the camera be stationary since it's 2d top down and there won't be any prespective issues, you can change the black cone to hide things in the direction you are going so yeah, that's my only complaint though. Good job!
Very nice, overall style is great! Only thing I might've changed is teh jittery camera... Still, solid work here guys. :)
It took me a while to figure it out because there was a lot to take in and I did not read the instructions carefully, but I thought it worked pretty well. It is definitely difficult, but I think that is the point. After I learned I could drop boxes at the truck, I was able to do much better. The controls are a bit unwieldy, perhaps due to over-sensitivity. I think if you toned them down a bit and gave it a bit of polish you would have an excellent entry. It is good as it is though. Thumbs up on the audio in particular.
Really great idea! Graphics are cool but as someone else said it took me a while to figure out the FedEx truck. And big plus for the tutorial !
Very nice game. Now all of us can feel like that mans which has to go shoping with their wifes or girlfriend haha. But field of view at start is too small for me.
Excellent idea that you see less and less. I was struggling with the keyboard controls a little bit. Maybe mouse (gamepad?) would if it better?
A good idea! The controls and the screen tilting is a problem, though, as others have said. The music and sound design was great - the best I've seen so far in LD40!
I liked the humor of it and the artwork was fantastic! :-) The camera movement was a bit much and I felt like the "sweetie" moved too fast. Overall though I enjoyed your game

A initial levels are little too difficult And there was no minimap where there are these things Maybe you'll try to add a minimap? And please, add more maps :D
