This game is cluttered and noisy and confusing and I wouldn't have it any other way :). I'd say you hit the mark with the theme you were going for.

It's all the best parts of TF2!
Hats hat hat hats hat hat duck hat. Hat hat hat hat, hat hat, hat hat cat hat hat. Hat hat hat hat hats; hat hat hat hats.
In conclusion, hats.
I should probably read game descriptions before just playing them cold, ha ha. Some pretty cool ideas here but it is hard to play because of all the craziness.
Pros: music, hats, cat buddy, chicken buddy, more hats, constant encouragement and feedback, all the hats. Cons: biased against bald people.
There was too much going on at the beginnings, so I couldm't see the rest of the game.
I kept dying and dying. I swear, this game goes out of its way to _keep giving me hats!_ Stop it!

This was a great challenge. The game was very simple in execution - the more hats, the harder it is -, but it was incredibly swingy. Even one hat could make a great difference, and I love it. More than a challenge or achievements, I actively started seeing hats as enemies and game-enders. I swear, I was borderline paranoid by the time of the first dragon fight.
While the game itself was short, I can see the appeal of trying to get as many hats as possible to the end. I just couldn't take that kind of challenge. No-hats was hard enough as it was. But still, I had a blast.
Once again, way to go with this hilariously hatastrophic entry. [In behalf of my team](https://twitter.com/WhalesAndGames), we tip our hats to you. Cheers! :whale:
I appreciate the amount of level design that goes into a game that dynamically changes depending on how many hats you have! I tried to play with as many hats as I can pick up but i quickly got destroyed by the spikes and platforming. I ended up strategically throwing off hats in difficult areas so I would have more platforms, fewer spikes, and fewer boss enemies. Impressively tight platforming physics, and very surprised you wrote it yourselves. I had a blast playing this game and only wish it were longer.
Wow. Just...wow. So much crazy, so many hats. Dynamic levels, super-catchy tunes and sound fx. Wacky graphics that serve the game well. I had no idea what I was actually supposed to be doing, and I loved it all anyway. Pretty awesome. Did get a JS error when I went up left offscreen at one point. Your various text msgs were a little cluttery at points as well, but it almost felt as intentional as all the hats and stuff, so I didn't really mind. :)
This has cult-classic written all over it.
Congrats on a fun entry--have a great LD! :)
nice idea! i thought i was playing tf2 for a sec. the only problem i had was the text was hard to read
I like the idea. Good job.
I really liked the graphics and all the hats, it ended up being a little too hard for me. Great job!
Overwhelming texts are kinda confusing. Keep it up!
I liked the dynamic aspect of the game - how the blocks changed. While I appreciated the humor of the abundance of achievements "You walked, have a hat" or whatever, the actual presentation - text all over the screen - really cluttered things up. Personally, I preferred the game "Oh No! Zombies" approach to the same idea of excessive achievements - they filled the screen, but on the periphery. But, this is nice. A little difficult to keep track of all the changing parts. Anyway, have a hat!
More hats from the king of hats!!! Great job!
Had fun stacking hats on my head and achievements on the screen :D Thanks
MMM yes tf3 looks great
