Is this a Unity game? If so, you probably should release binaries for Linux and Mac, in addition to windows, so more people can play your game! Cheers

Really nice art, and decently fun. Wish there was a bit more of an introduction before it started, though. Didn't really understand the power mechanic, is there a way to recharge?

Is there a way to gain power? The graphics are amazing, but it sort of seems like a tower defense where you just die after a while from energy loss. I may be missing something, though.

@caranha I'll see if I can figure it out!

@tinykidtoo Thanks! I'm sorry the game isn't explained very well, I was hoping to accomplish more, but I ran out of time.

There is no way to recharge, you have to manage what you start with by turning off defenses when they are not needed. Each console is connected to one or more shields or turrets, and unfortunately the only way to tell what is connected is by turning things off.

Nice for a first LD! (This is my first LD too). I liked your graphics, but I didn't understand the power mechanic, and also there doesn't appear to be any audio.

Took me a little while to work out you press E to toggle doors and weapons and stuff but once I did I could really see what this game was trying to do. I was fun to try to balance your power usage but turning off the systems you weren't using, definitely a promising mechanic.

I did however find the camera movement and shooting quite jarring, it made it difficult to aim and didn't feel particularly nice.

Still, a nice theme with some promising mechanics.

@charles-sun Thank you! There is no audio, sadly. I'm still new to Unity, and I'd never gotten around to learning how to implement audio before LD. So, audio was one of the things I didn't get around, in favor of making sure the game...didn't break or anything.

Nice art, good work. It shall be eazier if I could shoot through the shields.

One suggestion I have is to make it move obvious what terminals are connected to what, and how much power each element uses. This is actually a really cool idea that I feel like is let down by the player not being able to understand it.
