This is a really fun game. Graphics and sound are simple but very well done, and the level design is excellent. The different elements (lasers and magnetic doors) are used really effectively and I love how each level presents a different challenge. Would have happily carried on playing if there were more levels!

P.S.: You might want to update your links. The link to the playable game is labelled as the source code.

I loved the game. It was lots of fun. I really thought the colored lasers corresponding to your remaining power was a spark of genius. It was a fantastic little experience.

It's a good game, the mechanics were well thought and the levels were unique enough. I would have liked to see more levels and other uses of the running out of power mechanic, don't get me wrong the ones on the game were clever but you can build more upon the idea that certain things are enabled when your power is lower than certain amount like you did with the lasers and magnetic doors. Usually there are moving platforms or other things that you could elaborate on but I really don't know if those things could be implemented on PICO-8. overall it's a nice short game.

I really enjoyed this game! Reminds me of the Achievement Unlocked/This is the Only Level games on Armor Games, if you ever played those. The level design in your game was brilliant, and I loved how you slowly ramped the game up with new concepts with each upcoming level. If anything, my biggest complaint is that the game was too short!

The graphics and audio were simple, but got the job done. If you ever update the game, it's something you could consider revamping too, but I think it's fine as is. Great stuff overall. :)

There is a lot of platformers with an energy bar / time limit in this ludum dare. However, the added mechanic of activating/deactivating lasers and doors makes this game stand out, and even if it's a simple mechanic, it's an intersting one with a lot of potential.

The game is fun, the level design is very good, the movements/collision well polished, the minimalistic/retro graphics and audio match the gameplay, overall it's a very enjoyable game.
