Fun game that works as a time killer after you get the hang of whats going on.
It's a little too much to juggle, specifically the emails, but I had fun playing it!
Gameplay loop fully works. I like sprites of Bot-faces and characters. It has a lot of complicated entities to code them, but I did not find any bug.
I like the huge texts, but there are really A LOT of messages at the start. Anyway, I read them coz I can choose to don't read :D But then I understand that the game is simpler than it looks. There are only two problems: It' unclear that the object will receive the color of an upper color segment, and at some quests, I don't understand what the place to send the item.
I know, it was so small amount of time to make the game, but we need to spend more time to make our games easier to understand without a text. I really need too. xD
Nice! I like the humor and the resource management was tense, though I will say it was counter-intuitive that sending anything without a request boosted a component.
Thanks for the feedback guys!
@linver We were kinda hoping for a bit of email overload -- part of the fun :)
@theblondebass Thanks! We didn't want to punish people too badly. It does not give a meaningful amount of energy in the long run, even if you did it nonstop you would not survive long without doing real requests.
This is an interesting idea. I love the graphics. I think the overwhelming amount of emails was achieved perfectly.
Cool game. I think the pace of the game could have been a little more rushed to punish players for not doing well. The first time I played I survived for much too long by just sending everyone useless garbage. Other than that though. The art is charming, and the music suits it as it is with not being too frantic. Congrats!
Thanks @phlip45! Can I assume you played 'easy mode'? On hard mode, you get much less energy for incorrect recipes. Thanks for the feedback!
Fun game, if very confusing at first! The emails are a really good idea and the different machines for smashing etc were great.
Cool concept, certainly different from what I expected. I enjoyed the humor and overall tone. Definitely took me a while to really understand what I needed to be doing, but I suppose that's kind of the point.
Definitely a lot harder than I initially thought. Pretty good game though! I do think it was a little hard since emails really started to pile up even in the beginning. Overall great job though :)
I liked it, but I spent most of the time waiting for things to charge, which was probably my downfall.
I'm just not too sure what to think about the game. It looks rally nice, the music is a bit irritating, the mailbox has so many mail.
What i find annoying is that you cant remove email when the item is sent up, and that you have to scroll the mailbox. Also, too much reading and walking. I mean, keyboard and mouse.
Otherwise, a good job.
