A solid entry. I've never been a battery that dared the dangers of crushing spikes before. Serious though, it was a fun game, short as it was, it kept to the theme. Well done.
Nice work on this little collect-a-thon! I liked your big spike walls, but if I had one thing to say, it would be that a little more variety in the obstacles would have added some extra spice to the game. I'm glad the difficulty wasn't too high, I got to enjoy my romp though this game. Thanks for building it!
@traincraft What is wrong with an installer?
@aircraft-terrier I did want some variety in obstacles but with the limited time and my little experience with AI, I felt it would be a safe idea to not implement more obstacles. Glad you enjoyed the game!
@sondrian Glad you enjoyed the game. Considering this was my first Ludum Dare I am glad to see people are actually having fun with this short game of mine :)
Nice work. Those barriers moving at different rates were a good challenge.
Nice work, and nice with the hidden message! :D
The movement from side to side overrules movement forward and backward. Either disable (read change) overruling or make diagonal movement possible.
I enjoyed the secret message. The physic of the game felt a bit weird. Also, getting the red thingie without getting hurt was kind or hard though. Well done for your first ludum dare, keep up the good work!
I didn't play the game because of the installer. It's just inconvenient to use for me. In the next jam you should think about making more builds for different platforms (you can do that after submission) so that more people could play your game.
Pants I missed the message! I'd consider allowing the player to move on both axis at once, as it feels a bit weird to have one direction override the other.
@joebeard Explore the maze and I am sure you will find what you need to access the message. Thanks for playing my game and I will try to improve my movement for future entries.
