Hi! I managed to build around 6 harvesters and 3 fighters in 2 plays but then they always overrun me. It's missing any kind of visual feedback on the health of the units, it'd be more manageable then. You can leave more comments about how you made the game, it'll attract more people to play it, cheers! :)

That was pretty fun. The UI needs some improvement (the harvesters should auto-harvest, the build-bar shouldn't disappear when you build something, etc...). But otherwise it was a satisfying little action RTS :)

By the way, aesthetically this game was amazing. I loved the laser effects, and the music was well above the LD standard!

Ahh StarCraft lite :D pity that you made it so hard that it was difficult to get far.

Nice work but way to hard. My fist harverster was killed before i got enought for a second one.

Yay Starcraft! Great music and ambience. Just like in Starcraft though, you really ought to be able to left-click a single unit or building and be able to select it.

As a Starcraft player this game gives me awesome feelings :P Just like any RTS in a beta stage it needs more balance. My build order is starting with 3 harvesters and then you start mass producing fighters. You want to always have 3 harvesters but NO MORE THAN 3!!!

You also have to micro the harvesters ... sometimes they don't go for the nearest patch of minerals so if you micro your harvesters correctly you get a lot more minerals in the early stages (Suggestion: if you right click on a mineral patch the harvester starts mining from that one and not a different one).

Enemies will always focus on harvesters ... I liked that part a lot but with that behavior you have to spread your units so they shoot the enemies before they get near your harvesters.

Even though more feedback would be appreciated (like some health bars for units and building) I really liked this game and ... (don't tell anyone) ... my voting will be a little bit biased :P

Great job!

Good old RTS! The absence of barriers at the edges of the screen - a serious problem. Cool graphics, but the base, soldiers and working - very similar! Their appearance does not suggests: what will they do?

Nice game. It got pretty hard really quick though. I had trouble getting more than 2 or 3 fighters.

Good fun, but really hard like others have said. Ah well, balance is always the hardest part of Ludum Dare. Great job!

It was really challenging. Its a challenge to make a game not too hard but not too easy.

I am a big fan of Age of Empire, Galactic Battleground, Dawn of War so I really liked your game ! The music is perflectly epic for the game and the graphics are powerful  So sad I can't resist any longer, maybe it would be better if we can have a farmer after some time when we havnt enough money. I would have liked the feature of fighters having the possiblity to focus on ennemies.

Interesting game! I included it in my Ludum Dare 38 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DciCZPQtLy8
