Action game where the goal is to save the child from a war and enter another country to try to survive.
Controls?
art is great, gameplay is trash. Control input is broken, must release all buttons to change direction. No real way to avoid fire in room 1, or mines in room 2 due to hitbox sizes. concept is a little cringey, african migrants? give this guy a helicopter ride
Hi Jason Kennedy, control only with keyboard directional keys
The controls make this game nearly unplayable, I can't get past the mines. Which is too bad because the art and concept are great!
i love the artstyle andthe choses theme. The controls don't work very well though, you have to let go of a key to use another. The hitboxes are unclear and feel unfair, but i guess this is fitting for the subtheme of this game.

The story and graphics affect the hearts of those who understand even a little bit about the sufferings happening in the world. The last level especially reminds me of the strange recent politics of locking refugees out. Very symbolic game.
As far as the game itself is concerned (without the political context), the gameplay is simple, maybe too simple. The controls were a little awkward, especially walking around. Although, I personally had no problem navigating the sea-mines.
Great to see people make games about the topic. I made one for [LD33](http://ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-dare-33/?action=preview&uid=30930). That being said, the game is, sadly, not very playable. Others have already stated that the controls and collisions are not working very well. I also agree that the art is great, though.
