I tried to play this game on my gamboy ! hey ! its work !
Interesting graphical style. At first i thought the enemies are pickups :) it would be ice, if i could destroy the spawners to clean the room.
I enjoyed my time with this game.
Nice idea! Had classic flying shootemup feel to it. I like the facts that a lot was going on the hoards keep coming and its a bit frantic. Pixel graphics gave me a terminal velocity flashback. Found a bug: I died and kept racking up the kills though :P. Anyway nice work. Cheers -RS
This was good fun :D simple but pretty well made. The pixel style was unique and while I don't know if it would be a great choice for a full game release, it works well for Ludum Dare.
Overall it has an old school "battle tanks" feel. Move about a space and shoot the enemies from afar.
As big as the space is, it is left pretty empty save for the furniture lining a couple of the walls.
The camera filter used to give everything a pixel appearance only serves to blur the view and makes seeing what is going on around you fairly difficult.
Interesting idea and graphics :) Gameplay is also ok but it's not obvious what you need to do.
Liked the pixelated style. Also good implementation of the theme. The game got quite sluggish after a good kill streak. Sound would also make the game even better.
Like!
There is some thing what you can add, and then go in Steam.
I think it is more different creatures and maby bosses + I think it will be good to go faster )
Reminded me of Toy Story 2 on PS1 ! :D Great fun !
Could do with some sound but I loved the pixelated art style as well as the level design.
Pretty good, I really enjoy the graphics, they remind me a lot of the PSone era of games. It'd be pretty cool if I should destroy the spawners, also if there were health pick-ups. I didn't happen to see any. It didn't feel like there was much to do yet, but I do like where the project is going.
