Interesting little game you have there! Really like the animations and the graphics. And the music is pretty good too!

One thing I noticed is that the fishing only works at one of the holes. Was a bit confusing at first.

But overall great job! :)

Windows 10 does not permit me to run it :(

I liked the tracks in the snow. Sounds and looks very smoothly. Almost broke the keyboard trying to cut trees or ice. But I did not.

eemmbbeerr 2016-12-27 12:56

Update: I managed to run it. Had to insist a lot.
Good work though, don't feel so disappointed! There is no such thing as a failed LD!

That's very true, I guess the weekend had got to me at the time and I wasn't feeling overly positive, cheers for the positivity (:

Not bad for an unfinished game :)
I wasn't able to start a fire. Don't know what I was supposed to do.

Music is great. And inventory is smooth.

If you had more time, this would've been a very nice entry.

Keep up the good work.

The inventory is really cool, you don't see much inventories like that. The graphics are pretty great, I wish you had more time, I would've loved to hunt down the yeti.

While you feel you failed, it still has instant appeal to me. It may be incomplete and not include One Room in any way, but you have a good start for a crafting and inventory framework here.

The graphics are cute, the campfire animation looks good. Not sure about the player's giant arms--he looks a little like a yeti himself. The soothing background music works.

I'd quite like to see this one more fleshed out.

For an incomplete game, it's still pretty entertaining. The art style is nice and I like the music too.

Well I can testify that all five features do work. The item-size-based inventory is actually quite cool. I tried to implement one once for a LD event and gave up after 5 mins. :D So congratulations for going through with it. ;)

I love the graphics, and the foot steps are really cool. However, a little bit of feedback while chopping trees or fishing would be nice... ;)

Overall, totally awesome lighting-a-fire-with-an-axe and fishing-with-an-axe simulator! Well done! ;)

Don't be discouraged by not finishing what you have given is impressive swiss-army-axe simulator! Artstyle is really nice and music suits the mood well.

yuigoto 2017-01-01 13:42

Visuals and music are really great! Nice work on both! It gives off a nice mood! :D

"Do *anything* with an Axe" sounds really cool to me! :P

It's a shame you couldn't finish, but it's great to see what you did until the end! :) Inventory looks really cool to me! :D

Great work there!

Jeeee jeeee this seems other compo game, but it's enough fun to get here. Well done!
