The description is a bit tedious. The game is not very challenging, the animation for winning is funny, oh and the table throw! :D

developtech 2016-04-19 12:49

I liked the procedural levels and how the difficulty is being increased, but I missed some explanation ingame.
Anyway, great mechanic combination. Nice work!

I like that I can choose the difficulty. I like the movement, animation, and light effects. I think the game is very challenging, from level 15 (in mode hard).

@varuns and @DevelopTech yeah didn't have time to make a proper tutorial phase, but I thought a lot about doing it. In the end I settled with writting a help here and in game (in the Gear icon menu)

Thanks y'all

The mechanics are very interesting!
The game is fun, but with good graphics and music would gain much.

I had fun with this game. I spent more time on this game than most. The perception of the cubes and cylinders was well executed, as well as the winning animation. The walls of the level have a good look as well. Visually the game has a great feel.

I also liked that it launched in the web browser. I can be impatient, and that let me get right to playing.

The theme was spot on. All in all this was a good game.

That name... ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

"The levels are procedural" - OMG, too late i was in lvl 3X thinking something is wrong xD

santiandrade 2016-04-19 20:21

I liked the mechanic used in this game. Nice and simple! A negative point is the ausence of FX.

khanatos 2016-04-19 23:07

Nice work! The mechanic is simple but very cool

yann 2016-04-20 04:34

Thanks (:
Yeah having started on Saturday evening (GMT+1) I had to cut something off... sound and tutorials... v_v
But well, c'est la vie ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

I'll get to test your games once I'll get back on proper tiredness management :B

vctr_seleucos 2016-04-20 08:55

The game needs some kind of previous tutorial or how-to-play instructions, and especially it needs some graphics/music to set a good ambient. Either way, good job with the game and nice idea!

macronoid 2016-04-21 21:37

The mechanic is simple but it has a lot of potential. Maybe if you focused on level design instead of procedural generation it would be more enjoyable.

Anyway, the system is really solid given the time you had to implement it :D

lucario12k 2016-05-04 17:37

I really loved the randomly generated levels, and the different animations. Good job!

leffe108 2016-05-04 22:04

I played the Android version.

I think the progression to harder levels could be steeper. It was not until level 7 you had to shapeshift without having a wall/corner to rest against. (but now I see there is a easy-medium-hard selector I forgot about. So maybe I should just blame myself for not selecting medium)

Kudos for using the gyro to control the game as well as doing a mobile friendly game.

radmars 2016-05-07 21:18

Pretty cool concept though it was a bit easy at first, like you could stand to introduce the colors concept earlier. More mechanics or something like a time limit could make things more interesting too. Nice work.

eemmbbeerr 2016-05-07 21:27

Android version, hard: level 22. Huh, it was kind of a rage game for me, but when i finally beat a harder level the feeling was: F*** yeah!!!
Howerver there is a bug. If you play in easy mode 10 levels and then you try hard you immediatelly got the 10th hard level. In this method I could try myself on the 35th hard level. It looked just impossible. Maybe with few days of practice...
Yup it's almost my favourite in LD35
I think i will keep it on my phone :)

javicepa 2016-05-09 12:55

:D

Cute illustrations for all the difficulties :) I liked how instead of just switching between cube and cylinder instantly, there's a wobble and warp between the two states making everything feel much more organic. Great job!

apantaloni 2016-05-09 22:30

Nice entry! Maybe it takes a little too long to get challenging even on hard. I played the web version, so maybe the difficulty is calibrated with the Android tilt controls in mind? Of course sound would have been nice. Fun to play.

trisquare 2016-05-10 00:00

The game isn't very stimulating, but cool lighting effects and animation. BTW a circle with the same diameter as a side of a square will still fall through the hole, js :)
