Very nice that you pulled off this multiplayer socket.io game in 72 hours! It works great!
nice work :)
it reminds me very strongly of agario. sadly there wasnt anybody else online, but there were enough food stuffs. But why don't I change my shape each time i press space? sometimes my figure just got smaller but stayed in htte same shape... but respect, i had no idea on how to make such a thing as a multiplayer game :)
Very ambitious making an online leaderboard! I liked the grid aesthetic, reminded me of writing on graph paper in my high school math classes, and doodling shapes instead of doing my work. Simple concept but clever idea. Great job!
Cool concept! Reminds me to Agrario. Just a few improvements:
- Colors are a bit heavy on the eyes, maybe you could use another palette.
- It would be nice to know the next shape before pressing space.
- I thought some shapes were quite hard to tell.
Cheers!
Nice job, a multi-player game for Ludum Dare! It reminds me of agar.io. Pressing space seems to result in a random shape, sometimes the same shape.
