Interesting attempt at a terminal game, but I think it would've been best if you have put all those remaining hours to work instead of posting the game so quickly. It feels a bit dull and it's easy to break (according to your source code that you kindly provided with the binary).
Don't take this the wrong way, it's a nice attempt, but I think you should put a little more effort next time. :)

Interesting concept, but quite poorly balanced as 1 tree can be harvested forever, and it's impossible to keep two trees alive and harvest them at the same time. (so 2+ trees = game over) unless I'm misunderstanding something?

Definitely the simplest game I've seen so far. Not bad for a 1 hour effort, probably better than my 48 hour effort in fact!
Interesting concept but need some more polish and changes. Nice work anyway.
Um... I guess it fits the theme. Just so you know, I just crashed the program when I typed 'water 3' when I had three trees, two dry and 1 healthy. Maybe spend closer to 24 hours on the 48 hour compo next time...

alright Idea but poorly executed. If you used more time you could have made a solid game. This just gets boring quite quickly. Sorry if I sound rude, I'm just being honest. I highly suggest you keep working on this though as you could make something pretty cool.
