Haven't seen many games of this kind during this LD. I tried it in a graphics editor with ~40 layers ]:P
Had fun, failed quickly, liked it ]:D

Ha a Board game. I should try this the next weeks
Haha! A board game, nice :D
Cool concept, had fun
very interesting! I like it!
That's.... genius. This is what I love to see in LD!
Wow, very fun and it's nice to see a boardgame during a LD.
Very innovative!
First game, the Demon Lord won with 5 gold in the treasure room and 2 damage on the boss. The combination of two devils in a pentagram room was just too much for the heroes. Sad for the demon hunter, who fell one room before reaching them.
In the second, the Thief King just took gold for half the game, winding up 24 gold ahead. No hero got to him. Managing to draw the Bloody Room, Vampire, and Bloody Bath within the first three turns meant I had an 8 HP, 3 ATK juggernaut right at the front. A demonic pact room as my first card helped pay for all this. Only the Necromancer got past the vampire, taking 3 damage and then choosing (randomly) to sneak past. However, I had a coterie of imps standing guard in the woods who easily dealt the final 1 HP blow.
Nice to see a board game entry. Consider "porting" your game to a board game engine like Tabletop Simulator, SunTzu, or Vassal. You'll get more plays!
Wow wow, board game, so nice ! :)
Great idea, i love it when ppl take the games off the screen and to the table / floor :)
@everyone Thank you so much for all the comments!
@scriptorum Thank you for the detailed information of the playtest. I know the balancing is not that great but still hope that you enjoyed it ^_^. I actually used Tabletop Simulator before, but totally forgot about it for some reason. Already having printable version this shouldn't be too hard if I remember correctly, so definitely will try to make it happen.
Very nice project guys, i really love it, please check our game too and if you liked it give us a vote. Look for Road to hell and enjoy.
Excellent GameJam Hacking ! And the game 's fun !
