Very original using the tower as a weapon. Fun to play, but I found it really challenging to click the mouse on the apples and press the space bar at the right time.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD32 → Tow-Urr Defence

Really cool, but not difficult enough. Love the multitasking required.
This has a fatal flaw! You can just spam space and left mouse button, then just concentrate on moving the cursor over the good apples. I was effectively invulnerable when doing this, and killed all of the enemies without them taking any money.
Overall pretty neat concept! I like the idea of resource management on top of tower defense, where both of them are active. Add a few different enemy types to make it so you have to decide if you want to gather more resources or focus on defense and it would be really good!
This was good, I like this music. Once I realized you can just hold down space and only click on the apples though I basically ignored the "defense" part of the game, and it was just about clicking falling apples.
My MOBA dark past seeped over me and I played this game sub-consciously for 140 seconds... then i laughed that I got fat off so many apples
Interesting take on the theme! I think I wish for a little more difficulty and variation. Nice entry!
Good job! I like the idea of using a tower as a weapon. Clever concept and name.
Artwork was adORKable! and clever take on theme!
Neat idea, but I didn't see any point in not just holding down space and clicking apples.
Fun little game - liked the twist on Tower Defense. I would suggest ramping up the difficult a bit faster, or even better, making waves. My highscore was 301, but it felt like it took forever. Good work though!
Thanks for the feedback, everyone!
Basically, I started with Urr smashing bandits. That version of the game was winnable by JUST holding Space, so I looked for the apples as a sort of balancing mechanism. It looks like those may not have made it hard enough either.
As the game progresses, the good apples become rarer and the bad apples become more common. The idea was, at the very least, you'd have to release Space for a few seconds so you could click the few good apples in peace... but it caps at about 70% bad apples, so you still might not have to do that.
Waves were definitely something I should've done. That will be on the top of the list of things to do if I keep working on this later.
