With the little animations everything really comes to life! I really liked the idea of growing flowers, too. So cute! :3
Theme-wise: a butterfly totally is an unconventional weapon! Very clever to take the concept of a topdown shooter and transfer it to a totally contrary scenario.
Cute graphics and idea! So many slimes, it's like Final Fantasy up in here. :P

I missed some indication for the health of the forest.
The graphics where sweet , especially the fox.
