I stopped playing when I climed through a glasswall and couldn't get out. It could use some sounds, sfxr would be a great fit for this kind of game.

Pretty awesome. Would have been nice if there was a way to attack while hanging from the wall, or to jump off so you can whip. Those enemies love to edge guard. Really could have used some sound effects, not even music just sound effects would have made it so much better. And it would have been nice if there was an explanation of the powers in game while you got them, maybe a simple popup box or better yet a little diagram above the canister showing what it does (like for the power charge it would show you green and then bursting through the stone walls).

It was really fun to play and seems like a nice demo. Would love to see this fleshed out into a complete game.

@sirGustav, that's fixed now.
@ratboy2713 yeah, sorry about that. I ran out of time, and couldn't make a quick dialogue popup system. I really tried to design the levels so that the power is evident when you get it. and I literally submitted it during the submission hour, so no time for sounds. There are a few in the source zip, but they aren't in-game.

As soon as he grew little legs and started swaggering I was like, this is getting pretty high remarks.

The section before the bigger flashlight + the first red slime part were quite frustrating though.

Due to lag I stop the game after getting Hands evolution. But its a good game.

If it wasn't for the missing audio, I think I would of given this 5/5 for everything! Great game, great fun. It was great to finally earn the full view of the level (no shadows). The powerups are fun too. Will the turret be usable later? I found it in endurance mode, but it didn't seem to kill any enemies, just opens, shoots (nothing) and closes.

I like the progression in this game, especially how the level design forces the player to use the newly acquired skill.
