right now there are 6 levels, I didn't get support for large level sizes in until the last hour of the compo so only levels 5-6 are of decent size...
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD19 → * AchooBoxes * (OSX)

I want to like this game, but I absolutely cannot play it with that hyper-distracting rotating overlay over it.
thanks, I just figured out how to fix it too.. sorry that last bit was pretty rushed,
I'm going to do a Jam version that's got some improvements
I put a updated version here: http://www.player2.mobi/LD19_PLATFORM_FIXED.zip
with a nice flashlight effect
I can't run it in an Intel Mac, can you make an hybrid build at least? Also, please upload your sources.
source is uploading to my server now
and linked
I replacted the _FIXED jam version with, it supports both 32 and 64bit intel now..
Still no good. Checking your sources, your Target is still x64 only, and you will also need an universal build of Cocos2D
One I finished the first level, on the second level, I don't seem to appear at all, and the camera is falling, and then I see myself just in time to land on a down-moving platform that's about to leave the area. This repeats over and over. Weird.
I DO LIKE THE IDEA.
merlin:MacOS anthonyl$ file ./LD19_PLATFORM
./LD19_PLATFORM: Mach-O fat file with 3 architectures
merlin:MacOS anthonyl$
i've build is universal, I should have a new binary up shortly I'm making some small changes to the JAM version before it ends
fixed and updated, enjoy.. I really wish i had more time to work on levels at the moment they need a lot of touching up and adding sound effects... but that's just the nature of the compo/jam
increpare, be sure to try the new version it contains many fixes.. thanks :)
ok, finally got it running... Very good puzzle material, add some cute graphics and you have a first class puzzle game.
The platforming was good, but the spinning thing ruined the game.
Sorry, only got Windows here.
I liked the idea of the action blocks. The spinning disk was an interesting idea, but it got annoying after awhile. It might have been more interesting if the player could control it somehow. Nice use of box 2d to have the player box, tip and rotate a bit.
looks kinda interesting from the screens and video, but I'm on windows/ubuntu so I can't play it
