Got this to play pretty easily. I don't get the point, though. I can't figure out how to actually prevent the house from being hit. Also, I don't really see the theme in this.
no installers for chipmunk, can't play.. sry
This was fun! although hard! I had to install a pile of stuff. But then again, so did ppl trying to play my game also. Hitting rmb was useful sometimes (spawning snow) I'd love more levels and more features. great job!
Can't run it, you should make an exe.
Can't run it... get that py2exe up!
Didn't run.
I am using Python too, so I already had Python 2.5 installed, just had to install pyglet to get it running - chipmunk is bundled with the game.
First of all I had a bit of a hard time figuring out how this fits into the theme. I eventually noticed that the snowballs start pushing each other over the cliff once their numbers become sufficient, so I guess an avalanche is a chain reaction of sorts...
Blasting snowballs into the air was fun for a minute or two, but it got old fast. I also noticed that whether I used dynamite or not, didn't affect my score by too much (500-700 vs. 900-1200).
Graphics were nice, the sound was OK and the controls worked well.
Congratulations on finishing something - overall a decent attempt, just a bit lacking in gameplay.
Unable to run python.
Had python 2.51 installed, didn't run though.
Couldn't run it.
