Apr 7 14:53:58 Awakening ♥ 1 It's a very creative spin on the theme! With that music and those aesthetics, I loved the chill vibes! I think if the motivation score was visible from any screen, I would have understood the dynamics faster. I also think that some kind of hook (maybe show how much time I spent before failing) would be cool to get me to replay the game over and over to improve.
Apr 7 15:00:50 6m 52s Annihilation ♥ 0 The music is soooo good. Good take on the theme with very straightforward mechanics. Really fun. If there was a way to know how good a run was, I would defenitely spend more time trying than I care to admit. Kudos on your submission!
Apr 7 15:10:30 9m 40s Extinguished ♥ 1 Creative take on the theme. Love how the music and this darker aesthetics set the mood. I think the way you use plain tiles of different tones to build the cave is really smart in how simple, yet effective it is. The game feels really polished. To me, the controls feel a bit sluggish but maybe that is intentional.
Apr 7 15:21:10 10m 40s Keep It Warm ♥ 1 Congrats on your first submission! A very straightforward idea but it plays really well. Kudos!
Apr 7 15:30:25 9m 15s The Mark of Time ♥ 1 Nice game! It's a nice interpretation of the theme and the game is fun to play. You even included achievements!! If I were to say something to improve, some kind of feedback on hit would be nice. To be honest, I spent most of my time with my eyes on the enemies and I wasn't fully aware when I was getting hit.
Apr 7 15:40:57 10m 32s Fuse Lit! ♥ 1 Reaaly cool puzzle game. Maybe the fact that you can move and extend the fuse could be conveyed better (I got it reading some comments, to be honest) but once you get the mechanics of the game, it really fun. The challenges are smart and are well layed out in terms of difficulty and both audio and visuals are really good. Kudos!
Apr 7 15:50:19 9m 22s Probee ♥ 1 Very nostalgic vibes! I liked the concept but I felt it's a bit caotic on screen. Maybe it's just me, but maybe try to increase the window/resolution size (or whatever it's called) of the web player on itch. It cuts a bit of the screen and there is information that's not well displayed.
Apr 7 16:00:07 9m 48s 4&1/2 Lives ♥ 1 Great first jam sumbission! The shader looks really good and the music is also quite good. To bo honest, I think it takes courage to go with procedural generation, I tried in the past with, lets say, mixed results. I don't know if many of us play each game enough to really matter (I played a couple of runs) and I got into a couple of really weird situations with the placement of the platforms. However, if I had to pick something to spend time refining it would be the controls. It's really hard to make platform controls that feel responsive and refined. I would say that the initial acceleration is a bit high but then the character feels a bit floaty (maybe?) and the movement side to side feels a bit "heavy".
Apr 7 16:07:31 7m 24s Delivery Danmaku ♥ 1 Wow I'm bad at this kind of games! But kudos on the submission, it's really fun to play. Not gonna lie, I kinda like the super relaxing music while trying to kill those pesky flames.
Apr 12 09:42:34 113h 35m Color Cage ♥ 1 Cool concept. With a bit of polishing it would make for a good casual game. Kudos!
Apr 12 09:59:30 16m 56s Moonshot ♥ 2 The graphics and audio are outstanding! And the controls are just right. It's a really smart concept and the game feels polished. Kudos!
Apr 12 10:07:27 7m 57s Tomorrow's Problem ♥ 1 What a creative concept! I knew all those years playing Tetris were not wasted! Apart from some issues with collisions, the game plays well and the graphics and audio are really good. Just as @stasm and @rolly say, the implementation of the tutorial is effective and elegant. Kudos on your first submission!
