Apr 27 21:20:00 Rover goes deeper ♥ 1 I like the puzzle mechanic, and the progession was great. As an other commenter said, I found myself brute-forcing the puzzle. It seems fair to me, as perfecting / balancing a puzzle mechanic can take a really long time. It's a fun contribution either way :)
Apr 27 21:31:50 11m 50s Hecode ♥ 2 The music was very nice to listen to, and feel like the game really set the mood properly of falling down through eternity. I thought the gameplay was a bit repetitive, as the enemies were easy to dodge (so them increasing in numbers didn't bother me). You hit spot on with the theme!
Apr 27 21:45:07 13m 17s The Elephant in the Room ♥ 1 I really liked the music and mood here, such a charming game! I thought it was a bit to harsh that you have to start from the beginning if you die, there were no checkpoints :(
Apr 27 21:50:38 5m 31s Orange Diver: The Great Drown ♥ 3 It was a bit slow as others have said, except for that I liked the mechanic with the rope (although that was a bit frustrating when I couldn't make the diver grab a heart before it disappeared) and the music and art is good!
Apr 27 22:02:05 11m 27s Muggy Lake ♥ 3 Amazing mood in this game, and I liked the .. creature(s?) The lack of feedback when using items was a bit confusing at first, I thought as someone else that the sword should be used on the tree. I really liked the ending, didn't see what the thing greeting me was at first, but felt relief when I recognized it! The music was also very cool, very good fit to the game.
Apr 27 22:20:56 18m 51s Journey for the Records of Remembrance ♥ 2 I played until I got the white dot, I tried to follow the arrow, but after a few minutes of cruising I was eaten up by a black hole twice. I really liked the premise for the game, the music was cute and the humor in the writing was a nice touch. I enjoyed the game, even though I got frustrated by the black hole.
Apr 27 22:51:55 30m 59s Stabalot ♥ 0 This mechanic is pretty interesting, however after the first two enemies it got way too hard (at least for me). I also like the music!
Apr 27 23:07:09 15m 14s Delevator ♥ 2 A very sad, although interesting game. It's mostly a visual novel as I do not believe I had any choice, but to do what was asked by me(?), and it does carry a pretty well-written story. I do agree with the other commenter that it would have benefitted from some more depth. I personally would prefer if there was some more choice, although as a visual novel it does well! Mood and graphics were wonderful.
Apr 30 21:11:10 70h 04m Phantas-matcha ♥ 1 The mechanic for making tea could perhaps be expanded on if this game was to become bigger, but I liked the premise. Very cool art and nice mood.
May 1 18:20:07 21h 08m Boombastic Fall ♥ 1 I do not have a numpad 0, so I could not play as the right player. It's a cool idea, reminds me of bomberman.
May 1 18:51:31 31m 24s Time to grow down ♥ 1 Cool little game with a pretty unique idea - this could definitely be expanded on to be really fun! I miss a relaxing soundtrack, and it would be pretty cool if you could see the flower/top of this plant when taking a picture!
May 1 19:01:16 9m 45s Stop Ruining my Desks ! ♥ 1 I wanted to see the desk fall! This is a really fun game, I love the narrative and the stressful gameplay. If there was a cutscene with the desk falling that would be awesome, however I think you really made a great game here :D
May 1 19:29:00 27m 44s Astral Descension ♥ 1 I think the mood is wonderful, I really liked these astral beings coming to follow your progress. I'm not sure I understood the flow of the game, when you fall down you go one level deeper? I was judged as "Okay," but I played really terribly, so I'm wondering if this was perhaps ironic :P However it was a really nice experience and a good jam - your drawings are perfect for the mood and music in this game. I was entertained!
May 1 19:55:01 26m 01s Deep Memory ♥ 1 The game is just to click on different things to try and remember who you are, right? If there is more to it, please let me know. The writing and art was nice, I liked the setting and mood here. Would have been great with some fitting music.
May 3 20:20:58 48h 25m Dig Dog Dig ♥ 1 Pros: - Cute dog texture and music fits to the gameplay - The gameplay fits to theme - It's fun to find new obstacles - It feels good to find the paths - Good writing Cons: - It's a bit boring to go through the same gameplay many times to figure out the path, maybe it should be possible to go quicker in the start?
May 3 20:42:29 21m 31s Tecta ♥ 0 Once I realized how the connections were formed, it made a lot more sense. I think you gain resources when placing the right buildings next to the resources? It was a bit unclear what things did, for instance what the "Lore"-resource did. Pros: - Cool gameplay idea - Huge scope to tackle for a jam - Very nice soundtrack Cons: - Hard to understand how to play the game without trial and error - Graphics didn't match what things did - it was hard to distinguish the different buildings and the sea turtle being science research threw me off before I realized that's what it was. The overall gameplay and the mood/soundtrack were the best components of this game for me!
May 3 21:07:23 24m 54s Depths of the Library ♥ 1 There are some great elements here, but the games a bit short and it feels like it's compensating by being really hard haha. Kinda like the old time games
