| Apr 27 06:15:09 | Octopus Dive | ♥ 1 | Loved the music and general atmosphere of the game. Plus, I learned some cool octopus facts! The UI could use some polish. I would love to see what you could come up with given more time! | |
| Apr 27 06:24:33 | 9m 24s | Rabbit Rappel | ♥ 3 | Art and music was amazing. The platforming movement felt clunky and unnecessarily difficult. Not sure if I missed something but having to restart all the way back each time felt frustrating. Could also use a tutorial or at least a more gentle difficulty curve. The atmosphere and lighting was 10/10 though. |
| Apr 27 06:43:46 | 19m 13s | Spring Tale | ♥ 1 | When I first saw the screenshots my expectations were low. But the second I started playing I feel in love with the cute little bugs and catchy music. I love how the art style brings it alive. Of course the game could do with some polish here and there (pause menu, level select, etc) but hey, it's a game jam. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed it :) |
| Apr 27 07:09:59 | 26m 13s | Aquanomicon | ♥ 3 | The art and concept were great, but the game felt quite difficult. Changing the mouse cursor on something that could be picked up would help, as well as maybe a restart option and having the messages at the bottom persist for longer. Would also prefer dragging the ingredients to the recipe. Still enjoyed it none-the-less. |
| Apr 27 17:50:27 | 10h 40m | The Wreck of the S.S. Adventure | ♥ 0 | The controls felt rather difficult and the intro could definitely be sped up, but the submarine art was cute :) |
| Apr 27 18:22:19 | 31m 52s | Deepest Sword | ♥ 0 | It says something that literally my only complaint is not being able to increase the volume. |
| Apr 27 19:02:33 | 40m 14s | Descendants | ♥ 2 | The atmosphere of the game was great. Really enjoyed the final LOTR Moria feel to it. The zoomed out aspect of the game was a bit tricky to play with, but also I think it being zoomed out added a lot to the atmosphere. |
| Apr 27 19:16:42 | 14m 09s | Bunny Bunny Dig Dig | ♥ 1 | Amazing accomplishment in the time given. Repeatedly pressing keys to mine got a bit tiring after a few minutes, so being able to hold the keys, or even press space bar to repeat the last direction, could be a nice feature to add. Once again, an insanely polished game to make in so little time. |
| Apr 27 20:04:42 | 48m 00s | SlappyBird | ♥ 1 | Loved jumping platform to platform while feeling like a ninja as I whapped enemies out of the air. I felt like Genji from Overwatch but without the toxic teammates. Took me almost half an hour but I finally got 51/51 coins. Random voice quips would definitely help them feel less repetitive. Also the enemy death sounds kinda seem like they are cut off. If you add the AudioStreamPlayer to the level on death, then you can despawn the enemies without cutting off the audio, then simply set the audio to free on the stream ending. Also changing the timer to minutes + seconds would be a nice change. Overall had a ton of fun trying to beat the game with all the coins. |
| Apr 27 20:16:53 | 12m 11s | into the cabal | ♥ 1 | Didn't make it past the maze but I loved the models and general aesthetic of the game. Could definitely benefit from the suggestions mentioned already. Props to you though for making a 3D game with such a polished aesthetic in 72 hours :) |
| Apr 27 22:36:33 | 2h 19m | Tin Mining | ♥ 3 | AI worked surprisingly well. Almost feels like it could be an animated wallpaper. |
| Apr 27 22:43:33 | 7m 00s | Abisal | ♥ 1 | The perspective was so creative. Loved the art and music. Very atmospheric. |
| Apr 27 23:03:03 | 19m 30s | No one is here | ♥ 2 | Enjoyed the graphics, especially the torpedo explosion animation. Well done in the regard. The audio didn't seem to work for the browser version but I downloaded it and it worked fine. The controls felt a bit weird at first, I would've liked to have the torpedo key be Q or a mouse click, as it felt a bit awkward having the key be above WASD. Great atmosphere though :) |
| Apr 27 23:12:34 | 9m 31s | Ballast | ♥ 2 | Stressful but in a very fun way. I agree with the first comment that I wish there was some way to release water that has built up. Overall though I had a blast playing it. |
| Apr 28 19:54:33 | 20h 41m | Deeper-Geddon | ♥ 3 | Makes me want to build a factory game! It's impressive that you got all the conveyors belts and everything working so well in the given time. Part of the reason I enjoy it so much is nostalgia for Lego Mars Missions which I played as a kid. Anyways, great job with the game! |
| Apr 28 23:52:10 | 3h 57m | Dome Romantik | ♥ 1 | Loved the minimalism in both the art and the controls. I think the tech upgrades might've been better a visual tech tree so you could see past and future upgrades. The SFX felt a bit blunt in some aspects, such as the monster death sound. I think if the combat system was made more dynamic, the tech tree was expanded, and some story added throughout, this would make a great game to put on Steam! Amazing experience overall. |
| Apr 29 00:05:44 | 13m 34s | Holey Hell | ♥ 2 | The curved floor is such a cool idea! |
