Apr 22 09:31:06 Flower Defense ♥ 0 I agree with @bubbadubc - the momentum mechanics could use a bit of balancing. The graphics are clean and tidy and work well with the audio for an ominous atmophere. I like the arcade style of the opening screen.
Apr 22 09:48:39 17m 33s Planet Defenders For Hire ♥ 0 I got a few freezes - "return to home" at the end of a round and the help button made the game stuck, for example. I really enjoyed it. I liked the progression and being able to buy more stuff for defence. What were the rockets and satelites for?
Apr 22 10:02:55 14m 16s Feed the Machine ♥ 2 I really enjoyed the theme. It felt a little like SS13, running around and fixing things on pain of death. It was difficult to find all the machines, and often I'd die before finding the ones I needed. I think if you revisited this with some visual clues (like arrows on the UI for where things are, a HUD for various stats) it could be really fun to play. Sterling effort.
Apr 22 10:24:40 21m 45s From Dusk Till Dawn ♥ 4 I really enjoyed the music, storytelling and atmosphere in this game. The physics seemed a little buggy in parts, but I put that down to the short deadline. I wasn't able to get beyond the first level because of the unpredictable physics - it made it hard to judge where the organ would land - but I watched through the tutorials to see the rest of the game. The graphics would benefit from having a consistent palette - I recommend this tutorial: https://pixeljoint.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=11299 Music was haunty and well executed and really added some depth. I thought the voice acting was an excellent touch too. All in all I enjoyed this game more for its story telling and atmosphere than its gameplay.
Apr 22 10:45:58 21m 18s Save the sun MAN ♥ 2 Really well-rounded game. A smart piece from every angle. Lots of work in such a tight space of time, well done.
Apr 22 10:52:58 7m 00s The Last Robot Archer ♥ 2 Very fun game. I thought standing still to shoot was very innovative because it also made you vulnerable. It was unusual to have to take no action to take the most violent action - and I really liked that. Strangely I really liked how the player looped back to the beginning and applied the new skills the player learned to levels that were previously challenging.
