| Oct 8 14:21:28 | Necrofenser Hero | ♥ 3 | Great idea with building your army from nothing, I think it fits nicely with the theme. Nice graphics, especially the lighting. I liked the design of the characters, too. I'd prefer moving my character with the mouse rather than with WASD. | |
| Oct 8 14:45:13 | 23m 45s | Stickymoji | ♥ 2 | Haha, I love it! I played until the end and I really liked the pacing and how each level introduced something new. The controls are tight and feel great. |
| Oct 8 20:53:51 | 6h 08m | Nothing Left | ♥ 3 | Good opening which sets the story nicely. I wish I was able to finish the game, but I didn't manage to beat the level with plenty of dashes and falling tiles. It might have to do with the fact that movement is controlled with WASD and my left hand isn't used to this much platforming :) The difficulty increased a bit too suddenly after a few introductory levels. |
| Oct 9 08:10:26 | 11h 16m | Ship It | ♥ 2 | OMG, those were very stressful 7 minutes. Great work! :) Sometimes it was hard for me to put things into boxes, but otherwise the gameplay and controls were smooth. Great concept and execution. Well done! |
| Oct 10 10:43:31 | 26h 33m | The Legend of Sky Stones | ♥ 1 | A wonderful little game, well done! It brought fond memories of playing Gobliiins and Indiana Jones as a kid. The dialogues are well written (although I think I spotted one or two typos), and the puzzles are well designed; just hard enough to be a challenge without your trying to click on everything and hope for the best. I liked the graphics and the sound design too, especially all the little ambient sound effects building the ambiance, like the sounds of birds chirping in the first scene. The only thing I'd improve is the font in the instructions and the book. I understand that the low-res pixel art dictates a certain style, but sometimes I had trouble reading the text. The font in dialogues is easier to read, on the other hand. The idea of writing a chronicle fits nicely with the theme. I'd play a longer version of this game, I now want to know what those giants are and who had carved the stones! |
| Oct 10 14:54:26 | 4h 10m | L.D. Noire | ♥ 1 | Great music and a really polished gameplay, well done. The art direction is very nice too, although a bit too colorful to call it noir, perhaps? The pixel art is very nice but it got in the way a bit, especially in the inventory where I had some trouble recognizing the items I picked up. It also didn't occur to me at first that I could combine objects in the inventory and I had to look at the solution posted here. Some puzzles required the good old click-on-everything-and-hope-for-the-best method, but I consider this a tribute to the classics like Gobliiins and Indiana Jones games :) |
| Oct 11 11:17:34 | 20h 23m | Mission interrupted | ♥ 1 | What an amazing horror game. It had me sitting on the edge of my seat! I second @trifectuh's feedback, however: I wasn't able to go past the door :( |
