Jul 31 14:49:01 Winter has come ♥ 1 Could use a balancing pass to be honest - it's too easy to run out of food (and humans) and then you're stuck for as long as you have power. Or at least another failure state in that case, as you can't do anything else than wait to fail. Small things - could use a way to restart or stop the game without reloading the whole page.
Jul 31 15:16:00 26m 59s Shekateka ♥ 1 Very enjoyable. I like how the introduction serves as a quick tutorial, and the plug mechanic is awesome, though I have some nitpicks. - The monsters took really random amount of hits to kill, or maybe I was that bad a shot, anyway, seems like something to think of. - Aiming was a bit hard sometimes and the monsters cheating through walls was annoying since the plug has a really short range. I died a lot :) - I liked the introduction, but maybe the hero could speak a bit more? It was pretty straightforward for me to find the three orbs, but I feel like he should comment on that.
Jul 31 15:25:30 9m 30s FireWood ♥ 0 What was I supposed to do? I gathered some wood then placed it into the campfire, but that was it. Not much point to wander aimlessly. Player controls was a bit wonky - it would feel much better if the character would respond quicker to controls, it felt sluggish.
Jul 31 15:38:48 13m 18s Shutdown ♥ 1 A pretty nice distraction I guess. Would work pretty well as a mobile game I think. Once I got the hang of it i did about 700 points. The dimming screen when low on power and ability to still recover was fun. Nitpicks: - that little bit of music was annoying after a while - at start I thought I was to avoid the differently colored polygons - maybe some challenge other than just the power running out?
Jul 31 20:31:59 4h 53m End of Time ♥ 1 I think I failed. But the population was through the roof so I guess someone wins anyway ;) Was very intense but kinda confusing. :)
Jul 31 20:41:53 9m 54s Powerless ♥ 1 It's hard to call this "fun", cause it's not exactly the point here, but well done, well done indeed.
Aug 13 07:44:53 299h 03m You Can't Handle the Tentacles ♥ 0 I went through the pdf (no printer here at all and not even enough D6s, so can't play), seems solid. I'm not a qualified enough designer to discuss details though, but I think this would make a nice video game, too :)
Aug 13 07:54:45 9m 52s Lights Out ♥ 0 What this does is this thing actively tries to murder my mac - it does load and even starts playing the intro when I press a button, but then it turns off some of the lights in the buildings there and just stops with almost 100% processor utilisation - and I'm unable to do anything.
Aug 13 08:15:51 21m 06s Electr-Ed ♥ 2 I liked the presentation and audio, but this game is awfully hard. It could use a minimap or more spawn points for batteries - all my playthroughs seemed to never have enough of them (and sometimes there were a few of them in one place).
Aug 13 08:24:53 9m 02s Radrover Snap!! ♥ 1 This was great. The music slowing down on power loss was a great touch. I would like graphics to be in a bit better resolution, and I there wasn't any way to exit the game once I get to scoring part, but great idea and execution overall.
Aug 13 08:31:21 6m 28s Charge ♥ 0 Played alone and it is pretty hard to do, but fun. I suspect it would work great on two controllers or controller + keyboard :)
Aug 13 08:39:18 7m 57s Revenge of the floating pig farm ♥ 1 That was okay, except the sound was pretty annoying and at one point my pig somehow got out of the ranch (most likely deciding F this life and these farmers especially) and decided to live off in the clouds instead. Aug 13 08:54:07 14m 49s THIRST ♥ 0 This should definitely be taken further from the LDjam space, it's really worth it already. Mechanics are hard but fun and it really feels like a complete game.
