| Apr 20 01:00:00 | The Pollos | I liked the overall idea behind the game, but I couldn't move my mouse all the way around, and the music was unfortunately very rough. I know it was probably patched together, and it was okay at the start, but it just looping incessantly drove me mad. It was a good start though! I would play more if given the chance! | |
| Apr 20 01:04:00 | 4m 00s | Polygon Phase | Unfortunately, for me the game crashed when I pressed the Play button...some sort of javascript error on the page. Wish I could grade it, it looked like it would've been fun. Also, in the web browser version, I had to go fullscreen in order for the UI to fit...did you forget to use UI Anchors? |
| Apr 20 01:10:00 | 6m 00s | Square Off - 1v1 Multiplayer | That's pretty good! I like it! Lots of fun, and very innovative! |
| Apr 20 01:20:00 | 10m 00s | Metalmorphosis | Looks great, sounds amazing...juuust a little bit of performance issues. I have a TERRIBLE setup, and it just couldn't run the game smoothly. And I get that the dog "shapeshifts", but it really wasn't a core mechanic, unfortunately. Still, amazing graphics and sound! |
| Apr 20 01:25:00 | 5m 00s | Fight Not With Monsters | I loved it! The sound effects, the super simple design and story, and the replayability were all top-notch! Wish there were more ties to the "shapeshift" idea, but still a solid title |
| Apr 20 01:30:00 | 5m 00s | Aftertile | 5 stars all around. Beautiful game, great concept, great tie in to the theme, and addictive gameplay. Well done. |
| Apr 20 01:41:00 | 11m 00s | Druid 5000 | I like it! I couldn't test out the multiplayer (no friends hahaha), but the game was really fun regardless. Love the MS Paint graphics, too! It was really well done, and I enjoyed it! |
| Apr 20 02:58:00 | 1h 17m | PolyShift | Pretty darn fun. Got a little blindsided when a random red rhombus flew at me at a million miles an hour (unavoidable physics glitch), but overall pretty fun. |
| Apr 20 03:03:00 | 5m 00s | Downhillin' Shapeshiftin' | I like the difficulty, though it got frustrating at times due to no one on earth having that kind of reaction time. Also found out that for most of the first half I could just camp the wall and ride it out hahaha. Still, solid game, and great graphics. |
| Apr 20 03:06:00 | 3m 00s | Crush Your Friends | I like the game, just wish there was some way I could play it without a buddy. Great sound, great gameplay, cool idea. Still wish it had tied into the theme, but since you don't even have that as a rated category I guess you didn't even plan on that hahaha! Still, a cool little game. |
| Apr 20 03:15:00 | 9m 00s | //SHIFT/haxe | I love the retro Asteroids vibe you have going, and the gameplay with the upgrade system is solid. Good work! |
| Apr 20 03:36:00 | 21m 00s | We Made Rock Paper Scissors | 5 stars in every category. This game is freaking amazing. Now, put it up in a web browser somewhere! |
| Apr 23 18:36:00 | 87h 00m | MagicClay | Pretty well-rounded game. It kinda creeped me out at the beginning, but I grew to enjoy the visuals and music. Good job. |
| Apr 23 18:47:00 | 11m 00s | Extanation | I would love the game...if there were any game to it. The artwork is amazing, but the mouse aiming kept desyncing, the robots in the building got stuck together, and I didn't really see the point in hijacking a robot if you couldn't kill other robots with it.I got killed without seeing what robot was killing me, and since all it takes is one shot to die, I had no way of avoiding it except to keep shooting offscreen and hoping I hit something. The sound design is great, but I think you forgot to loop the main soundtrack, becuase it just cut out on me about a minute in. I would love this game. Just fix the bugs. |
| Apr 23 18:50:00 | 3m 00s | The Deronois | I love the concept and the art. I like the incorporation of the theme too. WANT MORE GAMMMMEEEE. You should really make this into a full-fledged thing! |
| Apr 25 04:28:00 | 33h 38m | Shifter | I like it, though the first level was a bit slow. I like how it all changes and flows with the theme. Many thumbs up! |
| Apr 25 04:33:00 | 5m 00s | h3ss | Loved the concept. It was really impressive, as I know that all that math had to be quite the headache. I like how it lets you see the vastness of really quite a "simple" idea, and I FEEL like I learned something, even though...I probably didn't. Good project. |
| Apr 25 04:41:00 | 8m 00s | Hybris | Solid game. I loved the concept and the storyline, and the nicely drawn art was top-notch. And the music! Man I want that soundtrack. The "game" part of it was a little sparse, however, and not super interesting all the time, as the boulders sometimes glitched out and were sometimes very annoying. Still, an awesome idea! |
| Apr 25 04:49:00 | 8m 00s | Brutally Shifty Dance Crew | I'm not quite sure what kind of instruments you used to make this music, but no offence, I couldn't get into it at all. Maybe it's just not my taste. Also, it didn't seem to matter how fast I inputted the correct shape, my life meter just drained too fast, and the amount of energy I recieved for doing a correct action didn't seem to boost my energy enough to compensate. I love the animation. Why is there no score system? I'm not really tempted to play again if I have no idea if I did better than the last time. |
| Apr 28 02:07:00 | 69h 18m | Fugitive Shift | Reaaally impressive scripting of the guards, behaviors, and the game overall. Loved the simple aesthetics and nice looping background sounds. A really solid little game. VERY challenging though. |
| Apr 28 02:15:00 | 8m 00s | Mimicry | I couldn't run the game on Web for some reason...something about it ran out of memory??!? |
| Apr 28 02:40:00 | 25m 00s | The Great Leap | Couldn't run it, though it looked really good. Quite sad it didn't work. Something about how I didn't have the right permissions? Then it would just delete my application icon. Weird. |
| May 6 04:11:00 | 193h 31m | WhereWolf | It was an interesting concept, and I liked the idea of movement and shapeshifting. Unfortunately, I know that the music was probably just cobbled together, but maybe in post-comp versions it could have a little variety in the loop? Also there's a bug on Level 2 where the 2 villagers at the bottom get stuck facing each other wich makes killing only one of them impossible. |
| May 6 04:25:00 | 14m 00s | KIT and the 3 realms to Heaven | 5 stars all around. A lot of love put into the level design, I like how you focused on actually DESIGNING the game instead of just buffing it up with fancy graphics. Keeping it simple is always good. The theme match was perfect and well executed. Only downside? I couldn't see the green spikes in the green world very well, which made the first few levels an unnecessary challenge because I couldn't see the obstacles! Other than that? Stellar. |
| May 6 04:35:00 | 10m 00s | Breaking Fat | Wasn't bad. I liked how smooth the platforming was, and the animations were all nice. The story is something you really don't see in a lot of LD games, and it's a nice touch of humor. |
| May 6 04:39:00 | 4m 00s | Geometry Shifter | Loved the music and the awesome glowey but simple art direction. It's just a fun game, simple as that. I would loooove to see an internet or even just a local high score board though! It sure would bump up the replayability. Great game though! |
| May 6 04:46:00 | 7m 00s | Were with Awwww | Interesting concept, and I'm sorry to see that you ran out of time, because you may have been onto something here. Everyone else has already voiced some complaints, but the one that bugged me was that the camera on the cat was so low that you can really only see what's above you, so getting down or seeing if you missed a gem below you was impossible. |
