| Aug 27 05:15:00 | Bob Won't Be Late | Graphics were good, concept was also good, but I really had a hard time controlling the character :O The fact that it starts immediately without warning contributed to the negative feeling of being a bit /too/ rushed in learning the controls. Also, right clicking didn't work for me as well, since it's the web player. D: Still, I'd like to see what happens to this game in the future, as it can be a quick, entertaining game if executed well. :D | |
| Aug 27 06:02:00 | 47m 00s | Every 10 Seconds a Window Washer Falls to his Death | Looks, feels, and sounds incredibly polished! I had a blast trying it out man, great job! |
| Aug 28 02:29:00 | 20h 27m | Switch | Wow, haha, man, I had way more fun than I expected! The plane switching, while not a new idea, was executed very well and solidly. The puzzles were unusually fun, too -- it doesn't penalize you for dying lots of times, and actually makes trial and error fun and exciting! The way new mechanics surprise you at first also made it hilarious for me, haha (damn that rocket!). I guess what made it meld together was your good choice of music, as it made things light and fun! Great work! :D |
| Aug 28 02:44:00 | 15m 00s | Run with the Revolution | sweet mechanic, man, but the controls were a bit wonky for me -- I couldn't quite get the hang of how fast or slow you went, and I had difficulty judging when I'd fall or not. Still, though, the mechanics were nice, and the integration of a scoreboard was a welcome addition, as it made me strive to get the highest score (but couldn't :P) nice game! :D |
| Aug 28 02:51:00 | 7m 00s | This One is Called Anger | Indeed it had quite some bugs, including the one as3boyan mentioned, but flying through space bumping into particles felt somewhat satisfying in itself, haha. Here's to pushing forward with your game! *cheers* |
| Aug 28 08:00:00 | 5h 09m | Rude Bear Radio | Oh man, this exceeded expectations greatly, the homages were a lot of fun and insanely challenging! Great job! :D |
| Aug 29 09:02:00 | 25h 02m | Cyanocide | Very polished and unique, but very intuitive controls, nice minimal and tight UI! I especially like how you can maneuver to the general direction of an enemy ship, fly to it while firing, and eventually intersect paths with the ship --- it felt like a top-down dogfight! The way the enemy ships also waver when it's critically damaged really looked extremely good. Very well done!

I couldn't give you top score for audio, though, because for me, essentially, your game only had sfx. I listened to your recommended song while playing it, and it was really cool, but since it wasn't technically part of your game, I can't rate it with the soundtrack in mind, sorry. :(

Also, I'm not sure what relation it had to the theme. :O |
| Aug 29 09:17:00 | 15m 00s | Ten-2nd Scientist | Very well done! And hot damn what a very unique, playful interpretation of the theme! I only realized it after finishing the my 10th second place haha! Great game! :D |
| Aug 29 09:26:00 | 9m 00s | Anti - Explosive Babies | Interesting story and fun gameplay! I was a bit frustrated from the death when going off the screen, but it made it more challenging. Good game! :D |
| Aug 29 09:42:00 | 16m 00s | SILX | I liked the infinite jump mechanic so much, I actually didn't realize the 'right click to fly' control existed, haha! I also liked that you had to fly to the different locations in order to defeat the enemy, and that, far away, it would already start to shoot at you. It had that B-Wing feel on the SNES, and felt pretty cool for me as a prelude to the battle with the black things. If it had sound effects and a way to make the flight from enemy to enemy interesting, then this would be gold for me! Oh, and I had to give you no marks for the theme, since you left it out. :( Still, great job! :D |
| Aug 29 09:51:00 | 9m 00s | Battle Switch Arena | Technically impressive terrain generation (albeit causing some frame drops on my 5 year old laptop, but very understandable), and pretty fun gameplay. It kinda gets monotonous eventually, though, and I ended up looking at how the terrain can form and deform while shooting down the cubes haha! I think this concept can be expanded to become a more robust, fun and hectic shooter! |
| Aug 29 09:56:00 | 5m 00s | Dance Instructor | Very nice use of a timer on a text-based game! It was very thrilling and well-written. Would love to see an extended version of this! Great job! :D |
| Aug 29 10:02:00 | 6m 00s | Ten Second Time Machine | It feels like this could be very well expanded to an interesting game! The initial storytelling felt like it had a hidden depth that could be tapped better if expanded. I'd like to see where this will go. Good game! :D |
| Aug 29 10:11:00 | 9m 00s | 10 seconds to run | Interesting concept! The cubed style looked really nice as well. Could do well with good music and nice sound effects. :D The controls were okay, except for the pretty unresponsive jump control. It made the later levels really frustrating to play D: Other than that, nice game! :D |
| Aug 29 10:33:00 | 22m 00s | Origami Wings | Terrific atmosphere, absolutely beautiful music, and humongous eye candy! Perfect mood for you man, great game! Reminded me somewhat of thatgamecompany's flower on the PS3. Better controls, UI, and collision detection would make this game perfect! :D |
| Aug 29 10:38:00 | 5m 00s | It lasts longer when you're a genius | Haha, loved the interpretation of the theme! Was moderately fun -- it would have been more immersive if it had more eye candy, or good audio. Still, great writing, great game! :D |
| Aug 29 11:06:00 | 28m 00s | TIME SHIFTER | Oh my goodness. Oh my goodness. Oh my goodness.
This was so amazingly well done to the highest level. Everything from the atmosphere, the ambience, the amazing music, the lighting, texturing, mechanics, controls, feel --- oh my goodness man. This is the best entry I've played so far, and it even bests many of the Jam entries I've seen. Dude. Dude. Man this is just so epic. You have to continue this! |
| Aug 29 11:31:00 | 25m 00s | Regular Dungeon | Haha, the combos were indeed interesting and quirky! It felt weird to have such a grim setting and a hilarious context, though. But I guess that's part of your plan, haha! Great game! :D |
| Aug 29 11:59:00 | 28m 00s | Endless Run | Very well made! The mechanics were pretty slick, too -- once I got the hand of stabbing and jumping, and found out a good upgrade scheme, I was able to go through the game pretty easily, up until I bought all the upgrades and stockpiled about 500 coins haha! This could be expanded to become a pretty slick and addicting mobile game! Great job! :D |
| Aug 29 14:10:00 | 2h 11m | V229 | Nice game man! The graphics were particularly cool. The grid indicating your battery life was a bit counterintuitive, but since it covered the whole screen, it was way easy to see if you're out of batteries haha!
Haven't yet seen the epic outro the others are talking about. Will hopefully get to it! :D |
| Aug 29 14:23:00 | 13m 00s | Time Flies Straight | Amazing man, I felt like I was trippin' the whole time, with highfalutin concepts of time and stuff! Hahaha, great weird game! :D |
| Aug 29 15:02:00 | 39m 00s | Point One Hurts | gerdermit I don't understand it still T___T I'll be back with this! I won't rate it till I understand it! |
| Aug 29 15:12:00 | 10m 00s | 10 10 Second Game Design Lessons | Great, short but sweet lessons, haha! Loved it! :D

I think it would be okay to edit your entry as a Jam entry, so that it could still be rated properly. Cheers! :D |
| Aug 30 06:41:00 | 15h 29m | Wormholes | Now this is a very interesting take on 'randomness', giving the player some form of creative control over it. Nice! It was definitely challenging as well haha!

Maybe you could allow the player to restart the level with the same recording in future iterations of this game. :D Repeating the recording again and again seemed to break the pace of the otherwise intense and fast gameplay.

Great game man! :D |
| Aug 31 15:10:00 | 32h 29m | Potato Lagoon | Awesome work man! Loved the art style, the sound (haha were those recorded with your voice?), and music! Hope you'll release it on Soundcloud too! (or maybe you already have but I've yet to check) I was a bit confused at the movement and aiming controls, but I eventually got the hang of it.
Great game! :D |
