Beautiful and poetic, like @lumos I just have a little regret, the lack of music or sound design. And I also wanted to draw nothing the first time teacher asked for the largest rock possible, because the outcome was a kind of predictable.

The game is simple but no so bad - the main problems are the fact that we can let the shield on indefinitely, and that the player doesn't seem to accelerate, even after a while. However, I didn't understand the link with the theme?

Took me a while before I understand why I couldn't use X and C even if they were given as controls. I love the level design, and congratulations for using Pico-8.
