Kika's Eggsplosive Descent by kazuo256 2025-04-08T23:45:46Z

I absolutely love this! Super fun, and ridiculously cute! The song in the background encapsulates the game perfectly: simple, but incredibly charming. Compiling it to Android was an excellent idea, because I'm totally addicted, ahaha.

Gorgeous artstyle, and the story had me engrossed throughout. The addition of an ATB-style combat system was super surprising, and the execution was pretty damn good.

HAPPY BOTTOM by viscera 2025-04-08T23:59:21Z

Incredibly cute art! The vibe was absolutely immaculate, and the music made me smile, which counts for a lot in this economy. I found a bug wherein plants placed on top of each other all give you their individual benefits when clicked, which allowed me to beat the game really fast. Despite that, my fingers still hurt a little from all the clicking...

Death Perception by mshrmgirl 2025-04-08T23:23:54Z

I had way too much fun with this game! I was laughing my head off the entire time, and the ending was icing on the cake! Also, by far the most stunningly gorgeous game I've seen this jam. Incredibly polished, and absolutely a must-play.

P.S. Did you guys make the engine, or am I crazy?

Echo-Of-Fallens by caffeinetrip 2025-04-08T22:41:21Z

You captured the vibe you were going for perfectly, and this fits the theme really well; I can definitely tell that you've got an eye for aesthetics. The turn-based combat felt very under-developed, however, and the "infinitely generated world" mechanic doesn't seem to serve much of a purpose in the final game. I think that this could be really cool, if given more time to develop the gameplay.

What the MEOW? by Snowf1ake 2025-04-08T21:58:04Z

This game is really cute! The visuals were incredibly charming, and the song was a good choice. It's a pretty fun "Minecraft Dropper" style game, with upgrades that felt a little contrived, but were ultimately appreciated. This is a question of intention, but some of the obstacles seemed to be designed around trial-and-error gameplay, which isn't for everyone. Also, it would've been nice to have a shadow underneath the player to show where I'm falling, and I noticed a bug(?) where my camera drifts off and rotates randomly, which makes it very difficult to control where I'm going.

Fathoms Below by RichardStampDev 2025-04-09T15:54:48Z

I absolutely loved this! The narrative presentation, and reliance on mini-games to pass time in an isolated, claustrophobic space reminded me a lot of Presentable Liberty, which is a personal favorite. You genuinely had me gripped for the entire playtime, just because I wanted to see what happens next. I would LOVE to see this expanded upon, and given more room to shine as a narrative gem. Incredibly well executed!

Some feedback:

- The text-to-speech was a little hard to make out at times, and mispronounced a lot of stuff. Some kind of text log that pauses the game would be appreciated, if not a change of the voice.

- If you make a larger version (which you stated above as a possibility), then I'd love to see you add a larger cast of characters. Your characterization is incredibly fun, and is definitely the main draw.

Deep We Go by NickNickolas 2025-04-08T23:10:12Z

This was really fun! I loved the vibe, and the gameplay was super well executed. The pacing was really good, and I absolutely love how well-designed the levels were.
