This is my jam, I could see this being a creation/breeding mechanic in a really cool Lovecraftian Beast Pokemon game. My only issue is I'd like to be able to review the compendium during gameplay, unless I missed a way to. Otherwise feels like guesswork trying to bring in an actual god.
Really innovative and interesting, only problem I had was that the isometric angle could be difficult to decipher which direction would lead where (it was different directions to my instincts) and I sometimes lost puzzle progress getting confused.
