Really fun! I like the random upgrades, the interesting map boundaries, and the color palette!
Suggestions:
1. The enemy AI seems to be unable to find me well unless I wander and I can sometimes trap them by hiding on the other side of a wall. This incentivizes me waiting at the spawn location as long as possible so I can get as many upgrades as possible before I have to start fighting. It does seem that the enemies get a little stronger too (?) though which does help this a bit! It seems that a pathfinding algorithm like navmesh might help a lot! 2. Enemies seem to spawn at random locations without taking into account the player's position at the time. This means they might spawn right next to the player or too far away to find the player. I got killed by a spawning enemy at one point. It might help to spawn the enemies within a certain range of the player--at least x units away, but no more than y units away, for example.
Overall really great! Good job and I hope you keep working on this!
Apologies, I didn't submit on time so I can't rate officially. However, I love this! This is adorable and lots of fun! The tiny pixel humans are adorable and the whole vibe of this game is great!
Suggestion:
I made it to level 3 (I kept crashing haha) but I wish I could have at least seen the other levels before I had to move on! I recommend adding a special cheat for the purposes of game jam play which allows the player to skip ahead to the next level early. This let's less skilled players still get a sense of all of the cool levels you made without requiring too much time investment.
Cool idea! I could see myself getting into this! The controls are definitely a bit difficult, but that might be good for bringing in the more technical gamers.
Suggestion:
Consider mapping the thruster to "space bar" as well, instead of just "W". I kept trying to "jump" with space and remembering that I had to press "W" instead
Mildly bizarre...in the best way! I reached around level 31 before I let myself die. Pretty addicting and fun! Great job!
Things I noticed and liked:
1. The coins in the UI become the special attack and can be recycled! If you're fast enough :) 2. The monster AI has them move away from the mouse (with some jitter I think so it's not fully predictable?) 3. The early levels incentivize waiting to kill the monsters to try to get extra points! Allows the player to add some personal challenge which is really cool!
Potential bug:
At one point I click somewhere on the edge of the screen and the game suddenly had a cyan overlay. Not sure if this was a feature, bug, or quirk of playing it in the browser.
Ideas:
Later levels are more difficult but this has diminishing returns because many of the monsters will be overlapped meaning that roughly the same amount of effort can be used to complete the more saturated levels. One idea might be to start gradually reducing the size of the monsters to make overlaps less likely and require higher precision to kill all of the monsters.

Nice job! Like the aesthetic! The blue stopper did actually kill me at one point due to a collision glitch haha, but not a big deal. Cool!
