Start screen artwork is a great introduction. Instructions are decent. Simple gameplay and easy to understand. Out of the LD games, this one was pretty enjoyable.
Content isn't all that important. Refining what you have first, such as a better movement and attacking. By time you stand next to the enemy and try to kill them, they already "lock on" and start attacking. I lose half my health just trying to kill an enemy.
Easy to read professional style menu, button explanation, and goal instructions. As for the game, I enjoyed it. Probably one of the better (if not best) early submissions in the LD. Well done.
-When an object collides with the hamburger it shows the edge of the image. -Simple disappearing after being shot (not even a sound) is boring. -No sound/music -Executable should be easy to find instead in the WebPlayer. -No menu

Bugs? How about the bats that never die? Sometimes they do, and sometimes they are immortal. I didn't know you were going with a Game Genie theme.
Also, the jumping is never consistent. It varies, and that makes it extremely unpleasant for the gamer.
