I'd love to play, but:
./roguesweeper: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.14' not found (required by ./roguesweeper)
... got a readme, at least? I'd love to help a linux brutha out...

Doesn't work for me -- Mac OS X, firefox 3.6.13, Adobe Flash 10.1.102 :(
wicked.
Good on you for providing a linux game -- i have mac os and linux but i am locked out of playing all the windows one here, so thanks!
I had to install allegro -- only found this out by trying to run it, it would've been good to know (although people wanting to play my game on linux have to install love2d...) -- this game had potential but after Level 3, level 4 was too annoying.
Also, the graphics were funny in that the window flickered like how a computer screen looks like in film, especially when filmed side-on -- about a third would flicker out. Any ideas why?
As GreaseMonkey says, instructions.png is missing -- i use love too, it may be there but the way that you zipped things up is crucial -- is there also a folder called instructions? That little bug/feature messed me up.
Kinda cool, better than my game :/ -- audio is not bad, what did you use to make it?
I found the cursor to dig, then cursor to move annoying -- is there a reason you separated them?
But yeah, I totally feel the time-constraint issue. A journal *may* make people more sympathetic. It definitely makes it more fun :)
Dude, this is _awesome_. First, thanks -- I've been looking hard for linux games, and this is the first with a readme, which I have come to value much more than ever before.
Second, your game is *fun*. I really like it. Good balance of greed/survival, awesome puzzle concept.
For anyone else out there running debian, you need the following packages for this to compile:
liballegro-dev 4.2
libdumb1-dev 0.9.3
libaldmb1-dev
(at least)
