The art (visual & music) was fantastic, but apart from that I didn't really understand what was going on, and I froze up in every combat.

The art (visual & music) was fantastic, but apart from that I didn't really understand what was going on, and I froze up in every combat.
Entertaining subversion of the theme, I like it. Gameplay itself felt satisfying, if not a little floaty. I felt like an angry viking would feel a bit more heavy.
All in all great fun though.
I enjoyed it. Somehow calm and frantic at the same time.
Enjoyed it a lot more than I initially expected, good job! Managing multiple units across multiple axis was actually really challenging with the one-button controls.
One problem was that I wasn't sure how I was switching levels, which was a little sad because I'm still curious about 3 and 4.
This was interesting, but I do think lightsoda had a point with the issue of just watching the whole time. That said, it was still very entertaining. Anything that allows me to force hundreds of little AI minions to fight to the deletion is pretty sweet by my standards.
That there was music was nice, and the music wasn't bad, it just felt a bit wrong for a war game, however non-violent.
All in all, I liked it, especially as I was fine able to do what I've always wanted to do in an RTS: Scream CHAAAAAAARGE! with no further plan, and actually succeed.

The ghosting thing did happen to a slight degree with my laptop, but it didn't seem too significant...perhaps I should test this on more computers before I commit to a bigger effort, to try and find a way around it. I'm sure I can get it to work properly one way or another.
This was absolutely fantastic. By far the best I've played from this LD, and much better than mine. Make more games.
