Tiny Black World by Jojo 2012-04-23T18:33:00
Thanks for all the nice comments! The reason that I didn't work longer on this game was that I only HAD (because of some other things going on) a half day. But I forgot to write that down clearly.

It doesn't work for me. I tried in Chrome and IE, in Chrome as an applet and in IE as an applet and webstart. As an applet, it keeps loading for very long and than it gives an error. As webstart, it just does nothing.
Score: 2433 on the second level.
Nice game, but I think it would've been better if the towers could attack multiple enemies at once. Now there isn't much strategy, as long as a tower is max upgraded, it does the same amount of damage no matter what tower you choose, so you can just select the same tower the whole time.
Nice game, but I didn't feel like I the buttons I pressed had much impact. Won it by pressing the technology button repeatedly. However, I like the idea and I think with a bit more polish on the mechanics this could be a nice game. I really like the graphics and I how the earth changes when you get more technology.
Annoying and addicting at the same time. Surprising how something that is this unfair can be this fun.
Nice game! I felt it was a little short, might have been a better idea to make more levels with the same mechanic than a new one in each level. At the other hand, varying it up kept the experience fresh. The last level was tricky, I was almost giving up when I saw it. I liked it.
I liked the mood of this game. I also liked the way the lights seem to be synchronized to the music. How did you do that? Hard-coded? Are the piano notes played randomly? Am I just imagining that the lights are synced?
Really fun game! Played it against the dev and his friends for a while, it got quite tense.
Really well done! I understood where it was going while I was playing it. Felt sad when the person who accepted me once was later indifferent to me, probably influenced by the people around him.
