thanks y'all... the graphics need a LOT of work... i won't be ditching gamemaker though... i like it... the scripting language is good and you can have something up and running in no time... and has never let me down by suddenly changing the specs rendering it useless like certain others...

thanks for the crit!!! I can't take credit for the graphics... they came with AGK (great utility, by the way!!!) the music though, is 100% mine!!!

and of course, you're right... there isn't a real ending... time constraints?

I had considered different effects from different crystals... speed up, slow down, replace land, double score etc but... as usual, time constraints made it impossible... maybe an improvement to bear in mind...
