Going inside the walls to climb and hide was an interesting mechanic.

It would probably help if the NPCs said something when you click on them when you don't have what they need already in hand, as I did not know they could talk at all until halfway through.
Something that may or may not be a bug I noticed is that doors do not require you to be near them, allowing you to skip past most of a screen of swimming by clicking the door closest to where you want to go.
Seems to have some good style, it's unfortunate you didn't have time to make the maze have a goal or end point.
Looks like it has potential, though the enemy doesn't spawn anything beyond the weakest unit so it is effortlessly easy.
You can't go very far into the game before reaching an impossible jump with no other routes to take. From the looks of the tiles near that spot, maybe a one way wall was accidentally placed facing the wrong direction?
At one point I did have six blue circles, but no win condition occured. Later on, red dots began to appear inside the spawner directly, causing a game over.
Clearer instructions, and objectives would probably help a lot.
It was good in the beginning, but it would probably have been better if it was shorter, or changed things up as it went. After solving how the puzzle works, having to repeat the motions countless times to win feels more like a chore than a challenge.
I had intended for the slime to slip upwards through the wall visually, but unfortunately for some reason the effect did not work unless it happened almost instantly, which looks glitchy. But it was better than getting trapped inside walls. xD
Unfortunately, on the fourth night, for seemingly no reason the threat meter kept climbing in spite of there being no remaining alerts. Good game otherwise though.
