for such a simple and short game i had a lot of fun playing it, the gameplay loop is enjoyable. the music is great too. also not sure if it was intended, but running out of oxygen was... terrifying to say the least.
just like other comments say, the game was fairly difficult at the start. overall a decent game with easily understandable mechanics
cool pixel design and animations, interesting concept with the combat being automated. the combat was cluttered at times so i was left guessing how many of my units were still alive
simple game with simple to understand mechanics. trying to balance the keys was surprisingly fun and the traps in the game were well executed. but having to face the direction you want to shoot in felt really clunky especially when there were aliens in multiple directions
because im not old enough to have had the ps1 as a part of my childhood this game purely reminds me of puppet combo horror games, so I was half expecting to get jumpscared any second (the shark got my blood pumping for sure). so far the best looking game ive seen here. also appreciate the linux version :^)
Although unfinished, the game offers a great atmosphere. Has the potential for a great game if only given more development time, well done.
the anxiety that starts building up when you see a house that you aren't going to yet start shaking is great. big fan of the pixelated design. although i found myself being overwhelmed with packages rather abruptly, good game
